The flashing on my home was partially dug into the fill dirt surrounding my foundation. When I dug this dirt out to install a French drain, the metal flashing was found rotted at the level of the dirt. They did come out and cut the flashing above the level of the rot, but it is not uniform with the circumference of my home. Thusly, it looks unsightly and unprofessional. I am complacent with giving one star, because I have not yet had any other issues, but it's saddening to have been through this; they simply do not care about their customers.

It had leaked so badly the ceiling was ruined and there was a small pond on the floor. He quickly identified the problem, and was back within a few days and had the job done in HOURS! We've had no problems since. The second repair was to the main roof. Again, he carefully identified the problems, explained what he would do and why and gave us a good quote. The job, however, turned out to be a bit more than anticipated as the damage was more severe than he had expected. It still took only 3 1/2 days to complete and came in about $1200 over the original quote. It turned out we needed way more insulation and there were rotten timbers under the trim that had to be removed and replaced. He saved us a bunch of money when he found a local lumber supply company about to throw out some metal trim that just happened to match our roof. YAY! So it only cost us the labor to install it. His crew worked HARD. On the 3 full days they worked right up until dark after starting at 7:30A.M.. They cleaned up everything once they were done. They were courteous and professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Knutson Roofing except that if you need roof work done, you can't go wrong calling on Jeff and his crew!
