He argued about decisions and was rude, thinking he was making jokes. He asked me to do some of the work (carpentry). He sealed my back windows shut and argued that we shouldn't use them because they look ugly. He didn't fix them very well after he cut them back open. He only works 5 hours a day, if that. A job that could have taken a few weeks took over a month. He was very messy, leaving his stuff everywhere and paint splatters were minimally cleaned up. He left all his garbage and empty paint cans after he said he would return and clean them up. He did not do a final touch up. He inflated his materials price for repair supplies. After everything I realized he didn't paint my house the color I asked for. As for quality, most of the prep work was decent, most of the paint work was decent, but the minimal carpentry required was ugly and some caulking was missed under one window sill. In the end he asked me what I wanted touched up. I didn't want another battle so I told him "nothing". This is not an experience I would like to repeat.
