Jeff and his crew have done work on our roof twice now and we couldn't be happier.
The first repair was to my studio roof which is a separate roof attached to the main house. It had leaked so badly the ceiling was ruined and there was a small pond on the floor. He quickly identified the problem, and was back within a few days and had the job done in HOURS! We've had no problems since.
The second repair was to the main roof. Again, he carefully identified the problems, explained what he would do and why and gave us a good quote. The job, however, turned out to be a bit more than anticipated as the damage was more severe than he had expected.
It still took only 3 1/2 days to complete and came in about $1200 over the original quote. It turned out we needed way more insulation and there were rotten timbers under the trim that had to be removed and replaced. He saved us a bunch of money when he found a local lumber supply company about to throw out some metal trim that just happened to match our roof. YAY! So it only cost us the labor to install it.
His crew worked HARD. On the 3 full days they worked right up until dark after starting at 7:30A.M.. They cleaned up everything once they were done. They were courteous and professional.
