Roger goes above and beyond. When we had an issue with our key not working in the lock on our front door, he spent many hours trying to fix the door lock. When it looked like he wasn't able to fix it, he spent countless more hours researching to find the replacement door lock to match. This isn't an ordinary house door lock that you could go to Home Depot or Ace Hardware and replace. He was able to find the door handle and lock manufacturer so that we could purchase the lock on our own and then came back and installed it for us. I would Highly Recommend him! I wanted to get a key made for my sliding door and was going to bring it over myself to avoid the home service charge. Today is a 90 degree Saturday during Memorial Day weekend when my husband and I stupidly locked ourselves out of our apartment.
