Jeff and his crew have done work on our roof twice now and we couldn't be happier…read more The first repair was to my studio roof which is a separate roof attached to the main house. It had leaked so badly the ceiling was ruined and there was a small pond on the floor. He quickly identified the problem, and was back within a few days and had the job done in HOURS! We've had no problems since. The second repair was to the main roof. Again, he carefully identified the problems, explained what he would do and why and gave us a good quote. The job, however, turned out to be a bit more than anticipated as the damage was more severe than he had expected. It still took only 3 1/2 days to complete and came in about $1200 over the original quote. It turned out we needed way more insulation and there were rotten timbers under the trim that had to be removed and replaced. He saved us a bunch of money when he found a local lumber supply company about to throw out some metal trim that just happened to match our roof. YAY! So it only cost us the labor to install it. His crew worked HARD. On the 3 full days they worked right up until dark after starting at 7:30A.M.. They cleaned up everything once they were done. They were courteous and professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Knutson Roofing except that if you need roof work done, you can't go wrong calling on Jeff and his crew!

I recently referred him to a client that set 3 appointment to look at her leaking roof. He missed all 3 appointments. The final appointment was set for 9am on a Sunday. After contacting Atlantic at 9:30 they said they would be there around 12:00pm. At 12:30 they were contacted again and they replied with they will be over shortly. At 6pm my client contacted Atlantic and told them to not come over and they will find another roofer. In conclusion, the client wasted several days waiting around for Atlantic to show up for a scheduled appointment. In the end the roof is still leaking. Stay clear of Atlantic if you want the job done.

They told me no credit cards or debit cards. I tried to write a check but was told, "Money order or cash only." I went to the ATM and pulled out the money. When I arrived back at their location, they told me exact change only, they do not give change. Another trip to the bank. I paid my fee and the receptionist told me I would hear back in about three hours. Four hours passed and I called. I was told the person who handled this was in a meeting. The next day I called and was told the person I needed to talk to was in a meeting. I left my phone number. Several hours later the receptionist called me and said they decided to go with another applicant and hung up. Did not even tell me why my application was rejected. The person in charge of the rental section didn't have the nuts to call me directly. When I am ready to buy, not using these people.

They extended roof out beyond gutter edge and refused to make it right, argued and put up a tacky looking makeshift piece of metal. Do not assure that edges of shingles are stuck down. I had leaks in all my roof vents, they did some bandaid fix and I still had leaks. BUYER BEWARE. They did later replace gutter on garage where the roof extended out and did some other minor fixes. Roof vent leaks had to be fixed by HVAC company.
