Also gave me an option to expedite which would cost $20-$40 more which I chose not to do because it said 1 to 5 business days if I would've paid the extra money would I have received my medicine sooner not too sure? It has now been seven days you have to go through a dr approved process first you need veterinarian approval, which I don't understand because I got the script from the vet. It was approved two days later and is still now in that approval status not even being prepared. Lilly has a heart murmur condition. It's detrimental that she has her medicine. It's now been seven days. It is still in veterinary approval status not even being delivered or prepared called the vet spoke to a employee. They told me if I wanted to bring her back in for oral tablet and A. eating stimulant I don't understand why the Vet would not given me something in the meantimeI have to again pay for office visit and the oral tablet which it should've been given to me at the time of her visit. There is no one 800 number to call the pharmacy. They said that it is A third-party, but it is in their website to order the medicine. The lady at the front desk that I just talked to had told me to bring Lilly back in and the doctor would give her oral tablets and a stimulant to help her eat. I had asked her if I would have Pay and she said yes for office visit and the medicine Is this all about the money or is this about the life of my pet which is like a child to me. The employee had told me that we're not seeing Eye to Eye and I would be getting a call from the manager, which I would probably prefer to talk to the doctor himself when they sent me the script. They sent ( prescription)it to me by email with no instruction, I had to call back Griffith and they told me to go on their website to order which is not customer user-friendly. I finally figured it out. I am now looking for a vet specialty pharmacy to get my Lilly the medicine that she needs and quickly I highly suggest do not use the website to order any scripts especially if it's a life or death situation. and if you're told to go on the website, I would ask for in-depth instructions and also get something while you're there before you pay for the office visit temporarily to help your fur baby. Dr. Schoenherr deserves to receive all blessings she asks for. I love the entire staff. After years of trying to help my girl Nosey Rosey, we all made the difficult discission to have her Euthanized. You would have thought this was Dr. Schoenherr's pet with all the patience, love, and Gentle words she said. It was such a beautiful release of Nosey Rosey's spirit, I can only wish my time would be the same. Dr. Schoenherr sat next to me and fed Rosey some chocolate to eat on her way to her long forever sleep. Dr. Schoenherr told me that everyone should leave with a sweet taste in their mouth. I have had family members come here and have the same feelings. So, if you want the best care for your pet through good and bad times D'Andmo Vet is the place you should be. You will know you have reached the right place from the time they pick up the phone, say hello and welcome you into the family.

I looked up vets on Yelp to check websites. When I called here instead of an answering machine, a real person picked up the phone. After listening to me, she agreed that Oscar needed to be seen quickly. I couldn't bring him that afternoon because of work so I got the first appointment after work which was just 2 days. I knew he would make it that far. I brought him in and the care was for both of us. After the vet checked him, she agreed that it was time. He had a mass in the tummy area. I knew it was time when he didn't fight getting in the carrier and was quiet on the ride unlike 6 weeks ago when I had to move him to the new place. Since I had given shots to cats before I told them they didn't have to take him out of the room to give the shot to relax him so the IV could be placed. I was able to talk and pet him until he was relaxed. After taking him out to do that, he was brought back in wrapped in a soft towel so I could hold him. I was giving all the time I needed. The price was very reasonable. They didn't mind me using Pet Passages for the cremation and he could stay there until they picked him up that evening. Plenty of parking and evening hours make it convenient. Since I adopted a 17 year old cat, I will be using here for my vet.
