My daughter has been going here for almost a year. Our neighbor had a birthday party at the school…read moreas she is a student there. We went and my daughter had a blast and the parents couldn't say enough good things about the instructor/owner Mr. Evans. So we talked to Evans and he said for her to come to a real class for free and see if she liked it (as the birthday parties are a little more loose and silly compared to regular class). Sounded like a solid deal so we did 2 days later and to our surprise she loved it. She goes to class about 3-4 times a week only because some days the class for her belt group was at a time that we couldn't get off work in time to get her there. The new location is awesome because it is so close to our house and Mr. Evans and some of the black belt student instructors like Donald and Daeyon (god I think I spelled that right) are amazing. The amount of patience these guys have with working with kids from 5/6 all the way up to 13/14 year olds for the "kids" classes is amazing. We have seen such a big difference in our daughter's confidence as well as manners too (not that she was a bad kid or rude to begin with) but they teach kids about respect and courtesy and what it means to have self discipline and other values. Plus the exercise she gets has been great for her too, and I feel that if she did get picked on by bullies she could deal with it. The place is great, lots of our neighbors have daughters that go there and it is awesome seeing the girls kick ass as much as the boys. We couldn't get my daughter into any extracurricular activities like Dance or anything, so we were very happy she has found this. The school also rewards kids for good attendance as well as getting good grades at school. If you are looking for your kids then call them and set up a day to check it out. I would be surprised if they didn't love it and it is very affordable.

We have been coming to this location (NW Austin/Research Blvd) for 4 months now & in that short…read moretime there has be a significant change in not only all of our daughters' confidence levels but also in their focus & accountability at home and school. They always look forward to class & wish they were coming more than twice a week, this alone speaks volumes to the awesomeness of these instructors. It is like winning the golden ticket to find ANYTHING that all of my girls even agree upon more or less love. The instructors here don't just talk the talk, they truly walk the walk & are fully vested in the well being of their students. We had originally bought Groupons for the girls to try the school out, especially with the needs of our oldest who is visually impaired, and it was the best decision. Our daughter is the first blind student Mr. Maldonado or Ms. Azzarito has taught and it didn't deter them in the least. She received a lot of initial one on one time until she felt comfortable & confident enough with her basic forms & moves to join in the main class. They continue to find adaptions as needed for her but expect no less than any other student in class Mr. Maldonado is amazing with his students both big & small, he is quick with praise while still teaching with a firm hand. His upbeat energy resounds with the class & is highly contagious. Ms. Azzarito is incredible, she has a passion for working with people and goes above & beyond with the kids. We had an issue arise with one of our girls and Ms. Azzarito sat down with her to not only help her see how her choices & actions impact her directly but also those around her. They discussed cause & effect, better choices and Ms. Azzarito held her accountable, following up with her & making sure she has the support to help continue making smarter decisions. Ms. Bardin never fails to have a smile for you & has the patience of a saint. My 8 year old loves to ask a million questions & Ms. Bardin always answers every single one. Thank you!

They have some very professional obstacles. The people running it did a great job working with the kids, showing them how to complete each obstacle, as well as the adults who participated. It wasn't really my thing, but everyone who participated seemed to have a blast. They have some event rooms where we had cake and pizza for the birthday party. For you adults, there's also a brewery across the parking lot. (hint hint- drop the kids off, go have a beer!)

Fast forward to now, where there is a Ninja Warrior gym I'm the area where all the has been and wanna he's can go and learn, and practice, and grow. The head coach has been on the actual show more than 10 times and I'm proud to call him and his amazing partner friends, and he has built a business around something he is passionate about. He's been a gymnastics coach since we've been young and so he's someone who loves it, not just says it, not just does it. I've seen 2 competitions here so far, multiple birthday parties, and have seen the customer experiences take place first hand. It's incredible how people feel about how well it's organized, how much care goes into everything, and mom's and dad's can trust their kids to improve, spend energy, and in a safe environment that has that cool #spiderman flare to it. There is sufficient parking, occasional good trucks, it's located right off I35, and neighboring a brewery... What more can most people ask than to have a beer and good food in the hot Texas sun while their kids run around and play next door with other kids who aren't even missing their phones or their video games! #ianofaustin approved, excellent local business for fitness activities for children and adults

Whether you sign up for a 15 minute session or a 45 minute session or you use the free weights it's ready for you. Another reason I really enjoy going here is because of all the lovely contest and decorations based on the season you'll see it and don't forget to log into their IG account at this location. They have the cutest little Advertisements and love for Hotworx. I love being called a warrior, and I enjoy seeing the smells when I come into this place. One of my favorite times was coming during Halloween because they had the cutest treats to take home that were actually very useful such as hand sanitizer and little hot works bracelets along with nail files. (Massage Therapist always need to manicure their nails) Not the real reason that I come to Hotworx when I can afford it and place it in my budget is because I understand the significance of the sauna Benefits and the sweating that occurs to help with detoxify my body. I love that there is an option of using the free weights because it allows me the opportunity to do some additional sets without worrying about if it's going to be crowded in the weight area . They have rib vent their platform for an additional workout class called the stretch I believe. I haven't tried it out yet, but one of my favorites is hot buns. The hardest Workout , that I have done here is the Warrior. I hope to be able to complete the Warrior in a couple of months with consistency.
