11/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Starting with Lisa has been by far one of the best decisions I have ever…read moremade in my life, and I've been seeing her for around a decade now. Wow, time flies! Originally I was looking for counseling to help me navigate my feelings around my mom with ALS, with whom I didn't have a good relationship, and since then, she has helped me grow into such a calm, collected, understanding, and strong person. I'd always considered myself strong, but I was very closed off from certain feelings. I can now feel all the things that arise and not be debilitated by them, including the overwhelming empathy I used to have. I can sit comfortably with people I don't agree with, I've learned the power of listening over simply talking, my marriage is absolutely incredible despite serious health challenges and other things life throws, and I am a truly optimistic person now rather than being more of a "realist" who focused more on possible negative outcomes. Life feels fuller, my career(s) keep evolving into better things, and even when I'm not struggling with any issues actively, I still love to have a session and reflect on the current state of life or possible future goals. Traditional counseling has served me decently in the past, but Lisa is 100x better for me since we can mix in everything from things like grief processing and inner child work, to career goals, to spiritual practice. I've never felt like anything off limits and I've never ever felt judged, even when I was so much less emotionally mature early on. If you want to truly transform, I cannot recommend working with Lisa enough!

I have coached…read moreone-on-one with her, taken her amazingly helpful and engaging online course, and participated in a fantastic workshop she is involved with. The profound sense of gratitude, joy and happiness that I now often experience is credited to her guidance, intuition, and expertise. I am experiencing a sense of well-being that I can't ever remember feeling before. My external life is changing. I have better, healthier relationships, I am more connected and HAPPY. Of course, there will always be things out of my control, but my response and my attitude towards these things has shifted immensely. With Lisa's help, I am building a powerful resiliency and confidence in my own wisdom to help me ride the waves when they come. Maybe it didn't seem like it from the outside, but I was living in the world and always feeling like something was wrong, that I wasn't where I needed to be, that I had to get somewhere else, do something else, be more, and have more...more experiences, more achievements, more love. I enjoy achievement, but my intention was often rooted in a deep sense of unworthiness. I carried a tight anxiety in my chest that almost called forth more fear, and this deeply impacted my ability to feel a sense of lasting peace or joy. These moments were certainly there, but they were fleeting, and I found myself refocusing on the negative. My 'baseline' typically returned to seeking and feeling unsettled. Now, I feel joyful often. I feel like I have a new 'set point'. I have a respect and appreciation for the impact of the past, feel enormous gratitude for all of the blessings that I have today, and I have an excitement about what lies ahead. I'm moving forward and creating a life-by-design that is connected to a higher purpose and supported by a foundation of developing self-worth. How can a 'Thank you' ever encompass the gratitude I have for all of this? You are an (literal) angel, Lisa.

Olympic Blvd., #204 Los Angeles, CA 90064 310-575-4585 I received a letter to attend a workshop and I right away assumed it was somehow tied to my sons high school but it's not. The presentation sounded pretty promising and after that was over they sat with each family one on one to try to sell you one of their packages. As I was waiting to kill time I started Googleling them just to find a lot of scam alerts. I had already wasted 3 hours so I still wanted to hear what the sales person had to say but I had already made up my mind. She walked me through the outline and then the sign up fees and was very pushy about taking a payment. I took some pictures to share with other parents.

The services 'Right C3' wants you to pay $$$ for are all provided *for free* (or low cost) from other local agencies. Where to start in any city: 1 - Make an appointment with your high school college advisor/counselor. They are usually a great resource for providing information on scholarships, grants, financial aid, application tips, college visits, etc. *Important note* - Most colleges now require a letter from your high school advisor/counselor. Some high schools have a formulaic way of developing these letters, but since they are often writing for hundreds of kids, it often helps the advisors to meet with a parent to really understand what college will be the 'best fit.' Set up your appointments early Junior year if you can...Sept. - Feb. is the busiest time for them. 2- Your high school principal(s) AND your local library are also key primary resources. They should have the names & contact info. for agencies in your area that offer free test prep, tutoring, college support & other similar services. Special note for ST. LOUIS county families - Beyond the schools & libraries, there are also some excellent & comprehensive St. Louis-area programs to support your student. Many of these focus on low-income or first-generation college students. A few examples: St. Louis Graduates has a big "Scholarship Central" database, financial aid workshops & application assistance, links to college access programs in our area, etc.: http://www.stlouisgraduates.org/ The Scholarship of St. Louis offers workshops & clinics, scholarship support, student advisors & more: https://www.sfstl.org/ College Bound starts working with kids in 9th grade: http://collegeboundstl.org/ Washington University offers an excellent college-prep program: https://collegeprep.wustl.edu/
