This crew damaged the gutters and facia beyond repair....holes, dents, gutters tore away from roof. Bad. Unprotected stairs caked in ice...very hazardous. We kept trying to work with them and Nothing was getting addressed so we posted a yelp complaint THEN the owner, Tom Flynn, called us in a panic saying he just got back from his winter home in Florida and a bad yelp post "will kill me". He sent his brother, Rob, who agreed that the gutters and facia were abnormally beat. His office manager. Libby, also came to see the damage and agreed it was excessive. She made a point of saying the two employees responsible for the damage have been fired. Thoroughly saying they did the damage and Action Pros will take care of me if I pull the negative Yelp post. Tom Flynn offered to replace the gutters and not the facia. We asked if he could guarantee the facia will look better than it does now. Mr. Flynn got mad and said he would no longer fix anything for us. He said we would never be happy and we were not worth the expense. Wow. This is beyond "not right". I guess we are headed for small claims court. Too bad. I have 35 years in with a reputable local company, so I do have a fair sense of what is right or wrong...Action Pros are wrong on this.

Great work and great people…read more We have a newer home (2 years old) and during this last wind storm part of our ridge vent shingles came off the roof. We called the roofing company that built our house...crickets. Not even so much as a call back to say they were busy. With rain coming up, and after 4 days of trying to reach the original contractor, we called Rodriguez Exteriors. Rodriguez Exteriors answered the phone with a real human. Orlando was responsive, honest, fair and was out the same day to give us a quote to repair our roof before the rain that was forecast. They did a physical inspection, took plenty of pictures and clearly explained what happened, likely reasons why it happened, and went through options for us as to what can be done. In the end, it was discovered that three factors caused the issue. The wrong ridge vent was used, the wrong nails were used (too short of nails were used for ridge cap usage), and lastly the nails were driven most of the way through the shingles at installation so when the shingles came up they broke through the shingles. Rodriguez Exteriors was very diligent about using the appropriate materials, oem recommended products and installing everything in a professional and proper manner. The work was exemplary and had it not been a holiday weekend, I would have had them replace the ridge vents on the rest of the house on the spot. We will be scheduling them back to do so. When the team was done with the replacement, everything was cleaned up. It looked amazing, and was done correctly. Thank you Orlando and team for getting us repaired and back to water-tight again. No one wants to call for roofing repairs, let alone on a 2 year old home. But the one good thing that came out of this was that we found Rodriguez Exteriors. Our old home had many architectural and builder-related challenges and Washa dealt with all very successfully. Our most recent project was a garage remodel and it was approached with the same attention to detail and professionalism as any of our other projects. They were very timely when I reached out to make the first contact. Very shortly afterward they arranged a meeting with the subcontractors (floor, electrical, design team, insulation etc.) to make sure everyone was on the same page. I felt like were really benefited from the group think. The garage remodel included a food prep work area and Washa construction came up with some unique and practical builds to meet our needs including a heater, hoist, wall mounted foldable food grade stainless steel table, lighting so bright that you could do surgery in there, and smooth nonporous impervious walls around the work area. We are thrilled with the outcome and have had many, many compliments on the garage. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. I'm a detailed oriented 'picky' client and here are the things that I like. They are respectful and take their time with clients. What is common to them is not common to the client and they understand this. Timely communications are a priority (phone, email, text). I send an email with points, and I get a meaningful response. It was very clear who was managing the project and who to call if I had questions or "some things I noticed..." The estimates have always been fair and competitive, billing is transparent, and the work timeline was clear over the whole project. There is no upselling, e.g. getting a new garage door when the one we had was working just great. The workmanship and attention to detail are consistently superb. Pat was the lead carpenter on the current project, and he insured all the work was done correctly and even had many helpful suggestions to make the site more functional. I was very impressed with the clean-up... work sites were cleaned up at the end of the day even if they were coming back the next day. It seemed like their motto was "leave it cleaner than how we found it". Over the years I have seen the same people working with the company and that says a lot about the company atmosphere and how people feel about working with them. Happy workers do better work and treat clients well. One important thing to me is being able to trust the workers when I cannot be at home. They ensure things are locked up. There is no concern about pets, kids, etc. They even took great care to make sure they did not block the mail person's access to our mailbox. I have no reservations about recommending Washa construction for a small or large project. They are attention to detail professionals that you can trust. Turned on our new gas fireplace and bricks fell off because of the glue they used! Electrician turned off fridge and forgot to turn it back on while we were out of town, meltdown of ice and freezer! Also, his son cut holes for can lights WAY to big and it took several attempts to fix ceiling. Just a few of our issues. We don't want them back in our house to fix anything!

The first time I called them, Stan showed up at 07:50 a.m. for an appointment at 08:00 on a Saturday - but he hung out in his truck and waited until eight on the nose to knock on the door. I had a clog in my sink drain that was too far down for my snake to reach. He measured from the sink and the main, cut out a bit of pipe, cleaned it out, and then installed a T joint with a plug I could take out if I needed. Now, there's no part of the pipe I can't reach with the snake. That was the first of many great interactions. At this point, I tell them what the problem is, and they come fix whatever it is, and I pay them. I trust them so much that I don't need to talk to them before they fix something.
