We used Backyard Expressions to measure and install Fireplace Glass doors (Stoll Industries) for three fireplaces. Jim, the owner, came out in person to do all of the measurements. In addition, we ordered a piece for our Patio set (Tropitone) to expand our set. We were nearing the end of our major renovation, and Jim saw a few of the pieces that we didn't put into storage. He recommended a cleaning and restoring products, brought them back to life with a bit of elbow grease and saved us from replacing them! Very good, honest people! Their staff that came to do the installation were professional and took care to protect our home and fireplaces. This was very important with one of the fireplaces as we had just had the marble restored! Definitely plan to use them again and highly recommend them anyone out there in the market for a BBQ, BBQ Island, Patio Furniture, or Fireplace Glass Doors!

The first room on the left sells clothes, plants, etc. The second small room next to it has a large picture of KISS plastered on the walls, between the selection of boots and jackets. If you keep walking towards the back, there's a room to your right where the record player is. After exiting that room, you walk into the main room and a large selection of vinyl for sale near the back. They sell used and new merchandise. Everything from used clothes to new jewelry, paintings, artwork, and everything in between. Like I said, there's a large outdoor patio where they sell patio furniture, pots, plants and other outdoor decoration. There is really a lot to take in, and everything is affordable. She made my purchase of cushions for the 4 club chairs we bought at the recent sale very easy. While the furniture is undeniably beautiful, the customer service was surprisingly poor. I purchased five items during their anniversary sale, where everything was sold "as is." After dealing with an overcharge on my credit card, I was told I'd receive a call the next day to schedule delivery, which I paid $99 for. That call never came until I followed up on social media three days later. It wasn't until August 27 that I finally heard from someone to schedule the delivery. On September 11, the delivery arrived, but one of the pieces was not what I had ordered. I immediately called customer service and sent photos of the correct item. They did offer to refund the incorrect item, but instead of taking ownership, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor. I also requested a refund of the $99 delivery fee, since the service I paid for (delivering the correct items) wasn't fulfilled. Later, I saw some internal emails by mistake, and it became clear they had no intention of refunding the delivery fee. The whole interaction left me feeling disappointed and puzzled as to why they wouldn't just refund such a small fee to keep a customer. Despite being excited about the furniture itself, this experience has soured me on purchasing from them again. My advice: take photos of everything you buy and be prepared for potential issues. If they're willing to lose a customer over $99, it raises concerns about their overall business practices.
