The worst quality auto repair that I have ever had. Car was in this shop for over 3 weeks. Basically, they have no ability to anticipate parts or evaluate damage. They also do not pay attention to detail and work very inefficiently. The shop is a mess and there are a bunch of unfinished cars sitting around an unsecured dirt lot. The final result after their "QC" is chipped paint, loose fasteners and ill fitting parts. If you are considering using this shop because they are Geico ARX, don't. The warranty is worthless because it only will allow you to have these unskilled people work to repair their mistakes. It took me 30 minutes to correct most of their mistakes on my own. Too bad the paint on the bumper is full of dust and bubbles. I'm staying far away from this shop and changing my insurance back to Progressive. What a tremendous waste of time. read more

Let me preface this review by saying I have used this shop before and left a 5 star reviews (2019). I recently returned to have repairs made after gravel from a gravel truck damaged my hood, windshield and top of my vehicle where the sunroof and the top of the car meet. Upon picking it up the after the gravel truck incident I noticed a few minor spots that needed a little attention, and even left another positive review when I was sent a survey regarding the repair. I did however note the small issues on the exterior and stated I'd be taking it back to have hose issues fixed. A few days after that I noticed my interior dome light seemed to flash on briefly when the car was started. This prompted me to test the dome lights and I soon discovered they were not working at all. I took the vehicle back explained the situation and was told by Rob (I think that was his name) that they didn't even "drop the headliner" to do the repair so I'd have to take it to a dealership because they did not cause the issue. Red flag number one... After much back and forth he agreed to look at it. I took it back and dropped it off. Less than an hour later I received a call stating they talked to the person who did the repair and he stated when he "dropped the headliner"... yes, now they are admitting to dropping the headliner... red flag number two... he didn't have to remove any wires thought so "he didn't cause any damage. Fast forward to Wednesday, I received a call from the insurance adjuster who received a call from Rob... red flag number three... calling the insurance company not the customer.... and basically denied again.that they did anything wrong. I called and spoke with a young lady I'd been dealing with the first time, told her my concerns of how the light worked when I took it in and now there was a problem with it. She in turn transferred me yet again to Rob.By this time I frustrated because the simple cosmetic repairs to my vehicle have now become an electrical issue that they don't want to take responsibility for. Rob... the representative of this business only caused my frustration level to rise by being EXTREMELY disrespectful (read some of the other reviews and you will quickly learn being disrespectful to femal customers seems to be a pattern with him).He kept repeating they did not cause the new flickering of the light that previously worked just fine, and that he himself pulled the entire headliner down this time to see if he could find the issue. When questioned as to how it was possible for everything on the interior of the vehicle to be working fine when I dropped it off and there were now issues his response was, "things break in cars all the time." Odd that it "broke" while in their possession.. red flag number fiur... I picked the vehicle up yesterday and "coincidentally?" there was a police office in the lobby.When I walked in all conversation stopped and the receptionist is the only one who spoke, oddly she said we were just wondering about you...." yeah, I bet you were...I retrieved my key and left, This morning on my way to work I put my visor down and the clip that "holds" it into the headliner fell in my lap and my visor was just dangling there, so when I got to work I tried to put it back. It was then I noticed a gap of about 1.5 inches that goes from the passenger seat all the way to the side windshield support on the driver side between the headliner and the top of the car. I reached out to another shop who looked and said it is 100% something they did because the mirror and all wiring have to be removed to replace the windshield. I immediately called my ins adjster and told her of the situation. She has since spoken to her supervisor and asked me to take it to another shop for an estimate to have the repairs made to the damage caused by carelessness. As stated I have used this shop in the past, Angie was amazing and made sure everything was done properly, sadly Rob seems to not care about the good name and standards previously set by this shop. Hopefully my review will help others not experience more headaches when looking to get vehicle repairs. read more

As a big shop and expensive it should consider providing a great finish on paint work which it had dripping spots when i picked up my truck , i did paid them & got threats of getting my truck repo if ididnt paid them with the finish work given to me not professional work ido not recommend this place for paint work the reviews are from experience not just to write them it helps everybody pick the right spot for repairs read more

Legacy went above and beyond my expectations. I had been in an accident, someone hit me and scratched my car up pretty good. My car looks beautiful now and almost like brand new again, after taking it to Legacy. They repaired it within a day in a half, they got it done earlier than expected, which is always great! Their customer service was incredible! I was treated kindly and with respect, which doesn't happen many places. They even came to meet me on their day off to let me pick up my car, as I had been at work when they had it finished. I can't say say enough good things about Legacy and am so grateful I found them. Excellent customer service. I brought my car in after a hit and run, I dropped it off on Thursday, it was ready on Wednesday. This company is family owned and operated. I was informed of the progress of my vehicle. My car was repaired as if it were new. They gave me a fair estimate and the final cost did not exceed what I was presented initially.
