They invited me to have fresh coffee with cold Milk, some packaged snacks, and a sparkling clean bathroom. They diagnosed my issue in less than 10 mins and discovered another issue that I didn't expect and said they would fix that too. They promised it would be done before I left...and within an hour, it was done. They even took the initiative to replace my loose plastic engine plugs at no addl.
