There are conveniences such as a roof top bar and restaurant in the building as well as a cycle bar right below. Any item I needed help the team was quick to action. All in all if you're new in town looking for somewhere to stay and a team to work with the 1515 Lofts team is the one I recommend. I no longer live in Tulsa but if I ever did return for sure the team at 1515 lofts would be my first call.

It was built in 1927 by oilman Waite Phillips (notice the W.P. seals on the elevators) and his wife, Genevieve Elliot. It was designed by Edward Delk, a prize-winning architect who also designed the Philbrook. It is said to have been inspired by gothic revival styles and embellished with Art Deco details. The red and green tile roof stands out as one of its characteristic features. It is 24 stories and was the tallest building when it was completed. During the 1950's, it was home to many commercial enterprises. W. P. donated the building to the Boy Scouts who then sold it in 1977 to a group of Tulsa investors. In 2004, floors 12-20 were made private luxury residences. It was the first ever mixed-use high rise.

All you have to bring is your clothes, toiletries, and food. Everything else is provided. You couldn't ask for a better location which provides quick local access to all around town because of the proximity to highways. It's located right in the downtown area with access to all the great things happening there! Latest owners definitely inherited a challenge with upkeep. I've had my fair share of issues with this place. Everything has been resolved. I work with them and they work with me. If I feel like they don't get to me fast enough then I RESPECTFULLY send them reminders. Getting into the apartments suck sometimes when Oktoberfest is happening next door or other events. However, that is more on the event itself and/or the police who direct traffic. Last event, the police directed traffic through the complex and it took residents an hour to get to their apartment after entering the gate. So there is that. Seems bad but overall, it isn't a bad spot for the cost. Friendly staff. Not far from Downtown or the Gathering Place. Nice little river walk next to us and a river front view. 3 pools!! A little fitness center! Worth a look.

Few months in no AC for over a week. Now my apartment is flooded over 2 inches of water And no one wants to fix anything. No one wants to turn off the water to decrease the damage. I have thousands of dollars of damage and all I need them to do is turn off the water to prevent further damage. When I called the office, Deonte says that it's not his problem, but he will refer it over to maintenance. That's what he said verbatim do not waste your money moving into this hell hole.
