They're appealing to the casino crowd who probably can't operate their smart phones but have somehow figured out the complicated video slots and don't mind the constant noise (you can't banter with the bartender if you can't hear them). If you want food at the Center Bar, you can order from Eats. You'll have to go get it yourself and eat out of plastic to-go containers, but again, you don't have to drive somewhere in the dark or rain. And bottles of water are free. The female manager, with the sides of her head shaved, was hugging, kissing, and being overly familiar with every customer who walked in. It was extremely uncomfortable. We decided to play a game of pool and noticed a pool stick already on the table, along with others. A customer, who the manager had been hugging and kissing, came over to my friend, aggressively grabbed the stick, and made a scene, telling my friend that it was his stick and that there would be a problem if he used it again. Later, my friend accidentally left a beer on the pool table (we know it's not allowed, it was an honest mistake). Without warning, the manager--who appeared to be on something--came over, reached around my friend, grabbed the beer, and shouted, "Is this your beer? Get it off my fucking table!" Then, she returned to the group of people by the bar. We all noticed they were talking about us and pointing in our direction. To top it off, there was a "singer" at the bar who was singing over the original Spotify track, which was honestly more comical than anything else. The entire atmosphere was unprofessional and uncomfortable. When we left, the same manager was staring us down in the parking lot.
