We stopped here last weekend on our way to Palm City. We sat at the bar and our servers name was Sammy. She was fantastic, I feel like I made a new best friend. On top of that, the food was amazing. There was live music (Pam & Dave?), they kept the place lively with their performance. 10/10 spot, no notes. Food, service and small patio wonderful. We are headed back to Mount Dora after the holidays. Of course our small dog was traveling with us. There was no way I was eating on the turnpike. I did a quick Yelp and found this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. The silky snapper was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The coconut rice and sweet plantains were delicious sides. My husband had the fish sandwich also delicious. Needless to say we were the clean plate club! Discrimination alert if you are Latino. I had heard great things about this place and the food, so my group of Latino friends and I decided to check it out. Big mistake. We walked in hoping to get a table, and nobody helped us. We stood there waiting to be acknowledged, trying to get someone's attention, while being ignored multiple times directly to our faces. To make it worse, two other parties were helped before us while we were still standing there like we were invisible. The two parties who were helped before us were Caucasian, and they were treated way better than we were. They were acknowledged, assisted, and taken care of while our Latino group was ignored like we didn't even exist. I finally walked up to the counter myself and was greeted by a rude blonde Caucasian hostess. She asked how many were in our party, and I told her there were four of us there, with one more person on the way, and that we wanted to sit down and order drinks while we waited. She rudely told me we needed our complete party before being seated. I can understand that policy if half the group is missing, but we were waiting on ONE person. So I politely asked what the issue was with waiting for one more person, and she snapped back, "You need a complete party to be seated," while aggressively pointing at a sign reinforcing their policy. Fine. Annoying, but whatever. What really made it feel discriminatory (again) was what happened shortly after. A Caucasian man walked in and said he had a party waiting for him and his wife, and that his wife had just walked inside looking for them at one of the tables. Mind you, he was treated a lot nicer and was not reminded of the "full party policy." So let me get this straight, their party was seated while missing TWO people, but our Latino group couldn't be seated because we were missing ONE? That is not a "policy." That is selective enforcement. And when the only obvious difference is who is Latino and who is Caucasian, it does not look like a coincidence. If you speak Spanish or come in with a Latino group, pay attention to how you're treated here. Actually, don't bother coming here at all. 0/5 stars. read more

They always seem to have some VIBY entertainment... not too loud where you need to shout...just soft enough to add to the overall experience. The service was horrible. Our waiter ignored us as he pranced about walking and dancing. The food was nothing spectacular, the salmon in the Korean Bowl was excellent and the vegetables and rice were spiced perfectly. The sweet potato crusted fish was over cooked and the crust was almost nonexistent. The light drizzle they put on top was done by an extreme minimalist. I believe they are losing the oversight in their kitchen. The so called banana pudding was not pudding --- it was a brick of whipped cream with a mashed banana layer. $14.00 trap. They should wear a mask as we were robbed. The waiter never mentioned it wasn't pudding nor did he mention the size of the brick -- oops I mean pudding. I felt fleeced - never going back. I'm so happy my girlfriend introduced me to this restaurant as there is nothing like it in Delray Beach or Boca. It's so unique and the food is amazing! Don't let the restaurant Name fool you. Lol The fish dishes are all fresh and large portions too. I couldn't finish my dinner and took the rest back to Boca! I also loved the layback feeling of the place and interesting to watch these cooks work at the bar seats! They have a fabulous system that keeps the food coming out hot. My friend and I had just left dog beach,and were looking for a place to eat up in Jupiter. This place was close, they were dog friendly, and they had a great menu. It was tucked away in this cute little plaza in Jupiter, and I would never have found it had I not looked for it. When we walked in, we asked to sit outside since we had the dog. The interior was really cute, and they had live music getting set up. They had an amazing menu, and an even greater daily special menu. My friend and I weren't starving so we each got a sandwich and decided to share. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious and cooked to order. The food came out really fast, and was really good. I'm a big fan of good sauces, and little things like homemade pickles. These sandwiches checked all the boxes. Plus, they had me at sweet potato fries. I wish we had been hungrier to try some of their different things on their menus. And they're desserts looked out of this world but neither of us had any room. This is definitely a place I'd like to go back to, and I have nothing but great things to say! read more

I always use Yelp to find places to eat in areas I've never been, but for some reason rarely leave a review. I HAD to leave one for this place. First, our server Carolyn was very good. She made excellent suggestions, was kind and engaging. For example, I'm not a sweet potato fan, but her suggestion of the Sweet Potato Crusted Tripletail was very yummy. The drink, wine and beer choices were strong. Now the food. Oh my!!! Fresh catches daily, the menu changes twice a day. Do not let the online menu fool you, the hand written one is so much better. This is another restaurant where I initially was disappointed that they raised their prices to over $30 a meal BUT the food was so worth it. The sweet potato crusted wahoo was very tasty and a huuuge portion. They even offered to separate the salad that the fish normally comes on so I honestly felt like I ate two whole meals. Im very glad they've maintained their quality and portion size over time especially when ordering food to go!
