When communicating with the advisor (Durwin), he would go weeks without an update, blaming it on one party or another. After over a month with my car not in use and a credit card dispute filed, they ended up asking for the part to shipped back to them for which they would charge me a 35% restocking fee. He didn't want to take responsibility for my exhaust when he had the car in the shop, only after i left and told him it wasnt right, bullshit man.
