Respectful staff, fast, efficient, and takes care of you. Like any place, be kind and you'll get that in return. Very experienced shop with loyal customers. They gained another. Should be all you need to know. Just listen to the recommendations they give. Not an ounce of rudeness from anyone at the staff here. If you experience that then I would question your own character. See you guys again! Update: Went back for rotors and brakes. Was welcomed kindly and took me in right away (appointment of course). Full replacement of rotors and brakes took less than 2 hours with top quality service. Great place with a family atmosphere. Will return again and highly recommend them to all in the future.

It drives so smooth now and no shudder!! Thank you for fixing my non-transmission related issue, Transmission Pros!

He showed me exactly what will be done and gave me the best price. It is crazy how many other "mechanics" tried to take advantage of me because I am young. ALMOST all of them used the "SAAB" no longer makes parts so their parts are expensive. I am aware that SAAB no longer produces vehicles and I am fully aware that you will not be using SAAB parts, so why are you stating SAAB parts are expensive and are the reason the cost is high if SAAB parts aren't being used. Matt is literally the only trustworthy mechanic in all of Vista. He is my go to from now on! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO HIM BEFORE GIVING OTHERS OPPORTUNITIES TO MESS YOU OVER. I brought three different vehicles to this shop. The first visit went smoothly with no issues,…read morewhich is why I continued doing business with them. Unfortunately, I had problems with the next two vehicles. On the second vehicle, the underskirt was not reinstalled properly and came off on the freeway. When I brought it back, I was told the clips were "just worn" and that this "happens." I was already aware the clips weren't new, but they were not in bad shape and had never caused an issue before. No responsibility was taken. On the third vehicle, interior parts were broken during the visit. I wasn't informed at the time and only discovered it afterward. When I asked about it, I was told that "cars get old and brittle and things break." Again, no offer to repair or replace the damaged parts. I understand older vehicles can have age-related issues, but proper installation, communication, and accountability are important. After multiple issues and the same response each time, this will be the last time I bring any of my vehicles here, and I won't be recommending this shop.
