After a bad experience at a local dealership, I decided to try Costco Auto and am happy with the experience. No dealer BS markups and the dealer I worked with was able to deliver the new truck to my house so everything was done over the phone/email. If you're a Costco member and looking for a new car, give them a shot. You're not obligated to buy from them but just beware that some models may take longer to get if the dealer doesn't have it on their lot so they need to trade with another dealership. It took about a week in my case from outreach to delivery.

He always takes the time to step outside and look at your vehicle to make sure you're getting the correct item and not purchasing something you don't need. Jose went above and beyond to help me with my online battery purchase and even made time to replace the battery in my vehicle. He also made sure I knew that I could get my $22 refund for turning in my old battery, which I really appreciated. There was also a tall, younger gentleman with long hair down to his shoulders who I saw helping another customer parked next to me. From what I saw and heard, he was also providing excellent customer service. These two gentlemen are great examples of what good customer service should look like. They were helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Jose and the other gentleman deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service.

That turned out to be a great call, because after the replacement I was able to get reimbursed by AAA for the previous battery under warranty. The waiting room was comfortable and had Wi-Fi, so it was actually a pleasant place to wait. You don't always get that combination of honesty, helpfulness, and good customer service at auto shops, so this place really stood out. Definitely recommend.

Honesty, integrity, value, and quality of work performed are the criteria I judge all service providers on and Randy, Lizet, Brian, and the shop have exceeded my expectations for each. I have never gone to a mechanic with a quote for a specific service and gone to pick-up my car for $300 LESS, because they found that the thermostat was still perfectly functional and did NOT need to be replaced. They could have easily charged me for the quoted amount that I agreed to and replaced the part anyway, but instead, continued to reaffirm my decision for why I keep coming back. Trust with a mechanic/auto shop is a delicate balance and I'm happy to say that my confidence in them for all of my vehicles is strong. I highly recommend DI Motorsports to my family and co-workers, and definitely to anyone reading this! I rely on Yelp to find quality local businesses, especially in this economy, so I try to always provide detailed feedback for those that I have experience with.
