It turns out that she did the best job in properly scoping the required work, and the quote reflected that. She and her crew were efficient, communicative, did clean and expert work, and finished the job in the time promised at a very fair price that was well within scope. Jacob was super proactive and responsive throughout the whole project. He helped us figure out the different stain colors/options and what product would work best for our fence since we didn't want the color to be too dark and we want the fence to last as long as possible. He also went above and beyond and sanded our entire fence before applying any coating or stain to it and he hauled away our neighbor's fence that was breaking down behind it. Since he was spraying the stain, he was also very considerate of our neighbors' houses and would make sure the wind wasn't too crazy on days that he would spray. Also, Jacob's pricing was totally reasonable and affordable! To summarize, Jacob was so professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and really took care of our fence like it was his own. We will definitely be contacting him again for any future staining/painting needs!
