They did not install the footing for the post as required by NC Deck Code. This company tried to put indoor boards on my deck roof ceiling and I told this company those boards were not going up on my deck ceiling. In the contract, he said I would get Number 1 deck boards and the only number 1 boards I received were the deck floorboards that I paid for myself. All the other boards were number 2. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their word means nothing. They did not guarantee their work with me. Get everything inspected. Get everything in writing down to the screws and nails to be used. JUST DON'T USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD.

He took his time, not finishing up until it was nearly 11:30pm. He showed me what he had accomplished out under the rock and it looked like a work of art. The filter was mounted to a 4x4 sunk 18" deep through the concrete. Beware hiring them- they can install a rattling unit that will drive everyone insane and decline doing any warranty work UPDATE 6/5/26 After Weather Master replied to the original review, stating they are looking into this matter, they sent out a tech who measured the dB (again) of the rattling unit and said "its 72 - its within spec, nothing I can do here". For the unit to be fixed, even if there is a nasty rattle that spreads across the neighborhood, it apparently has to be at or over 78dB, and we are at 72dB. This was an outline of our conversation: Tech - "Prove to me that a rattle is not within spec" Me - "Your AC should never be making loud noises,....." - quoting their own website Tech - "But its cooling" Me - "if your new car engine has a nasty rattle, is it ok for the manufacturer to tell you - "but the engine is running"? Absolutely not, they have to fix it, its probably destroying itself" Tech - "it's within spec" The obvious loud mechanical rattle carries across the neighborhood and can be heard inside a neighboring home and all around the property, and spreads further down affecting multiple neighbors. Weather Master's position appears to be that as long as the total sound level is within spec, no repair is necessary. I will be happy to update or remove this review if they decide to properly diagnose and fix the rattling. In the meantime, I will be filing the appropriate complaints.
