This company was a liar and a cheat to me. I asked this company to build my deck by NC Deck Code…read moreand it was not. They tore two boards on my house and did not replace them. They did not flash behind the roof ledger board and the roof was not installed or flashed correctly and my entire roof had to be redone by someone else. They did not install the footing for the post as required by NC Deck Code. This company tried to put indoor boards on my deck roof ceiling and I told this company those boards were not going up on my deck ceiling. In the contract, he said I would get Number 1 deck boards and the only number 1 boards I received were the deck floorboards that I paid for myself. All the other boards were number 2. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their word means nothing. They did not guarantee their work with me. Get everything inspected. Get everything in writing down to the screws and nails to be used. JUST DON'T USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD.

We've had them to do large jobs like replacing flooring and rebuilding walls, "normal" work like a recent kitchen remodel, and small jobs like building bookshelves for the office. If something isn't quite to spec, they'll come back and get it right. I highly recommend them.

Called to have kitchen sink faucet replaced. They were quick to schedule me for an 89.00…read moreinitiation fee. The whole experience turned into a high pressure sales pitch for a whole house repipe, water softener and kitchen faucet replacement. Cost of this would have been 11501.00. Given other options of water softener at cost of 5626.00 which they indicated was with a 500.00 discount. Still would have needed to replace the kitchen faucet. When I opted only to do faucet that day and think on other 2 options, it was made clear they would not guarantee any work without the full recipe option with softener. Ultimately still chose to just do faucet. Their technician wrote up the options and that's when I ended up sending them away after finding out this alone was going to cost me 1618.59. I asked how much this faucet itself was and how much their actual hourly rate was. I was told they did not know the actual cost of the faucet nor did they have an actual hourly rate they could give me. He explained they used price point pricing. Can't say I understand this approach but essentially they have a set price depending on what the job is. He pulled it up on his phone telling me this was the set price for a particular job, in this case a kitchen sink replacement whether it took an hour or 3 the cost is the same to be fair to all their customers. So after almost 2 hours where no actual work was done I paid their 89.00 initiation fee and declined the service. So I essentially paid them for a high pressured sales pitch. The job has since been done by family member. Cost of faucet 129.00 1 new shut off valve 13.00. Took about an hour. Could add so much more to this review but ultimately just want to say beware the high pressure sales pitch. I chose 1 star on this review but that is being very generous. I would not consider using this company anytime in the future.

We had an issue with our well recently and I got to meet their well guy, Paul. Paul had solution, recommendations, and above all wanted to see it all done "perfect". He took his time, not finishing up until it was nearly 11:30pm. He showed me what he had accomplished out under the rock and it looked like a work of art. The filter was mounted to a 4x4 sunk 18" deep through the concrete. He had valves and bleed offs everywhere you might need one and showed me how he had arranged everything to make changing the filter easy. Great job. I was impressed.

A recent quote from their representative, Zach, totaled $6,900 for a standard toilet flange replacement--accompanied by the explicit assurance that competitive pricing would be identical market-wide. This assertion was demonstrably false. A competing contractor completed the identical scope of work for $670. Their operational model relies on coercive, fear-based tactics designed to convince customers that failing to utilize their services will result in catastrophic property damage. Consumers are strongly urged to take their business elsewhere and avoid falling victim to these manipulative practices.

We thought it was just something we had to live with. When it came time to replace our system, their representative didn't just look at the equipment--he asked questions about how the system performed and what we wished was different. Based on those conversations, we chose a Carrier system and replaced the ductwork as well. The results have been amazing. For the first time ever, our upstairs reaches whatever temperature we set it to, even during the hottest days. We like to sleep in a cool home, and now we finally can. Best of all, the system doesn't run nonstop like the old one did!!! Every technician we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting it right. Weather Master is the best! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding service. Wow--what a difference!
