Choice Home Warranty (CHW) assigned this company to take care of a plumbing issue for me. I was sent the appointment date & time. This company was a NO SHOW, NO CALL. I attempted to contact them using the # proved by CHW which also matches the # you have listed. The phone rang for extended period when finally voicemail answered. Their ENTIRE E-N-T-I-R-E outgoing message was in Spanish‼ I'm not trying to be mean but I DO NOT SPEAK NOR UNDERSTAND SPANISH ‼This morning BEFORE 8 am I get a call it is someone from this company's # delivering a message. I have NO Clue what was said, because AGAIN the Message was ENTIRELY IN SPANISH ‼ As stated at the beginning of this review NOT IMPRESSED‼ CHW has been informed of the situation AND to assign someone else to my issue.

I asked Alvarado Plumbing to come repair two outdoor faucets that were leaking…read more I also asked them to see if they could figure out why the water pressure in the house was so low. 2 other plumbers couldn't figure it out, and Alvarado Plumbing figured it out in half an hour! Not only that, they were able to remove the defective pipes, and put in 75 ft of new (correct) pipes in a few hours. We have water pressure again! Alvarado Plumbing was extremely polite, arrived on time both days they came, and charged a fair price for their work. They also saved us from changing out our water heater when they easily could've taken advantage. I will definitely call them again if I need plumbing work and recommend that anyone reading this review do the same.

I recently had proactive HVAC and plumbing checks with Go Green. The techs were really thorough and…read moredid a great job. They offered many options for repairs but I felt the prices for those were way more expensive than I was expecting them to be. This is not your neighborhood plumber or HVAC service center so keep that in mind. Very professional. Prices will be higher than you expect. I got second opinions and didn't make the repairs suggested at this time.

I recently purchased an electric vehicle (EV) and was looking to get a home charger installed. Duke…read moreEnergy has an EV charger prep program to get reimbursed for preparing your home or garage with said charger. They will reimburse up to $1,133. After extensively asking Duke all the questions to get this reimbursement, I asked for a list of contractors they have worked with. They gave me a list of 5+ electric companies. Go Green was the 3rd one I called and the only one that answered. Right away, they showed me elevated service. I explained the situation to them and they offered a free consultation to come check out my garage and give me an estimate for the EV charger installation. The very next week, Richie, the technician, came out and met with my husband to check out the space. The first estimate was a little more than what we wanted to spend (with one expensive part being the cost of the surge protector). My husband asked if we could provide the surge protector would Go Green supply the labor for installation. Richie said they could do that and also that he will come up with 5 different customizations of estimates based on different services and promotions. Richie left and within a few hours, the estimates were in my email inbox. I ended up choosing one of the mid-level ones and signed the invoice ocking in the price. Go Green had to order some parts so installation happened a little over 2 weeks later. Richie was the technician for installation too. It took him and his partner a little over 2 hours to install the charger. The city also needed to approve the charger so Richie said Go Green would handle the communication with them so they could come out. I did put in a request with him for a certain day and the city was able to accommodate. Once I received all my documents (the proof of EV registration, my paid invoice, and the approved permit), I applied for Duke's EV charger prep program. I was rejected about a week-ish later for not having an itemized invoice up to their standards. I immediately called Go Green and told them what happened and within the hour, they emailed me a new invoice which I re-submitted to Duke. Two weeks later, Duke emailed me approval for the program and two weeks after that, I received my check in the mail. This is a long review, but I wanted to explain the full process of working with Go Green to get approved for the EV charger prep program. I cannot recommend them enough. They are efficient and professional. I am extremely happy with their work!
