Technically 3 house holds split this and there are a total of 6 of us... 1 is a stay at home mom. So 2 out of 6 upset customers posting a review is not ganging up. The truth is not ganging up, it's sharing so other clients do not get screwed.

Another place only takes phone calls and you may or may not speak a polite representative. 2. They deliver and stack the wood! That other place doesn't deliver. You have to go get the firewood or arrange delivery with someone else. 3. You get email confirmation with your expected delivery date. Yeah, that other place did none of that. 4. I got to provide delivery instructions during the sale, explaining which gate to enter and exactly where I wanted the wood. 5. I got text updates! On my delivery day, I got texts saying when to expect delivery. 6. They arrived when they said they would!!! Don't count on that with the other guys. 7. The delivery guy was not only polite but he was dressed well and appeared clean. I only mention the cleanliness thing as the others would smell, be unshaven and slovenly dressed. 8. Stacked neatly! My husband told him that we were going to look at which we wanted, not sure if they'd be the larger or smaller and which ones we wanted. He said, "no, if you're not sure if you're going to buy them, then, NO. My husband told him the owners wife said he would open them for us so we could choose some. He said, "so, you're not sure you're going to buy them". My husband said, that's what we're looking at. The worker saw the owners wife coming out. He said to her, "they're saying they're not sure if they're going to buy them. I'm not opening them if they're not". My husband was fed up with his rude tone and was done. We left to look somewhere else. My opinion is that a lot of business don't care about how they treat people because of the high demand for materials and services, but the day will come when building slows down and the ones who have built relationships and have fair prices will survive.
