Not only was she extremely nice, but also went out of her way for me, which I found to be so generous. She even allowed me to text her photos of where I needed the car moved to. There were several witnesses including the service manager, who texted me right away when she saw the tow truck driver drag my car approximately 25 feet across the awning scratching the roof of my car. She and other employees are all witnesses. They are SHADY but do whatever they want because they are literally the only tow service that Geuco uses. The drivers have been loud and rude, yelling at me and my neighbors before. I have asked for reimbursement for the damage several times and they completely ignore me and have refused to pay.
