Arrived in the time quoted and got us quickly back into our car…read more If your keys get locked in the trunk of a newer Kia, call this shop.

I also recommend that you do not use Pa'A Hana Towing. They charged us $1570 for a tow and then…read moredid not tow the car. He showed up in a pickup truck and I was confused because we hired him to tow the car to Lihue. My wife and 2 kids were there alone, so I was talking to the owner, Chason Manoi by phone. The car was disabled with a transmission problem. Chason was able to get the car into gear, but the dash screen showed a warning message that the transmission had a problem and not to drive it. Because of the dash warning, I insisted that Chason either tow the car or follow my family from that remote location to Lihue, since it was a transmission problem and could happen again. Chason promised that he would follow my family in the car, but then broke his promise and immediately left them alone, far from a town, in a car that was still broken. He stopped responding to texts and calls and kept the $1570. He never gave my family any receipt or paperwork, as required by the agreement I signed when I prepaid for the tow. The Hawaii Office of Consumer Protection sent them a demand letter, but Pa'A Hana Towing ignored that too. I don't usually leave reviews and have never left a negative review, but Pa'A Hana Towing was so dishonest in the way they treated us that I feel I have to... so that it doesn't happen to other people.
