The next day, Sheyenne (the owner of the store) called and was as gracious and helpful as could be. She had shared that she thought the problem had previously been resolved but was ensuring that a check was being cut today and that my mom could keep the tablet for her hassle. Sheyenne earned a repeat customer today and we are thankful for her great customer service.

That's customer service. Some DTs are untidy, especially at closing time. Not this one, which had well stocked shelves and no boxes of merchandise waiting to be put away. I could not see the name tag of the other employee that helped the customer but good job to her for handling the situation better than the cashier. She put all of the items back into the mother's cart and directed her to a different cashier. I was disappointed with the treatment the customer received from the cashier named Samantha.
