$1700 to clan and add 2 lb of antifreeze ($375 lb) to my AC is crazy expensive. I had to add it because I was $1000 for the clearning. I was told it would cost $5000 to $7000 to fix my leak antifreeze tank because if I want a new AC it would be $30000. If your AC goes down call a AC specialist. Our home is 10 years old, Lees came out to do a routine heat service... tech indicated there was a crack and some leaking..heat exchanger needed repair, but he recommended replacing the entire furnace... $16,000.. I thanked him and indicated I'd need a "second"opinion.. he left and indicated we shouldn't run our heat, so we turned off. We had another company out.. the "crack" found by Lees was actually a scratch, Lees made it look good in his pictures...and the leaking was coming from a loose screw and bracket that both should have been tightened when doing the service...the second opinion could not find anything wrong with the unit after a thorough review. The screw was tightened, along with the gasket... it's been a couple of weeks, we've gone up and checked for any water or condensation and there is none.. so Lees would have replaced a perfectly good unit and charged $16,000. So unethical I can't even imagine how this can be happening... we used Lees last year to replace a tankless water heater, we weren't getting instant hot water, I am now questioning weather or not that couldn't have been repaired, why did they have to replace? we should have gotten a second opinion then... don't use Lees, there are other honest companies out there... read more

I scheduled service for my AC unit several weeks in advance. They said they would arrive between one and 3 PM. I took time off from work and waited for them until 3:15 PM. I then called and was put on hold for 10 minutes at which time they told me they were busy and wanted to reschedule. I did not feel that they, think my time is very valuable since they didn't even bother to call me and tell me they would be running late. My house is on well water, and has always had a problem with sand getting into the system and clogging faucets, shower heads, etc. I had Lee's install a new water heater, and during that installation, air got into the lines which dislodged all kinds of debris and clogged four of the faucets in the house to the point that no water came out at all. Lee's sent out a plumber that same evening, but he was only able to free up one shower head. The next morning a second plumber (Ruben) came out and had all faucets running perfectly in under an hour. To begin i would like to give an honest review of LEE's Air. In addition to that my Home Central Heating and Air is 20 + years old,It does still work well but is in need of upgrade. So i requested for a Technician to come to our home an preform with what LEE's offers "$129.00 Tune -up " The Technician was great respectful and doing his customer service skills were great. The Customer (phone operator) service was great. LEE's Air seems to generally promote a great Brand,and they seem to uphold that. Due to the issues the technician found on my home unit he was forced to shut off my heater. Which i understand an in addition he also explained. He did itemize the repairs and advised me of the costs but they where never emailed to me for review. My options where to Purchase a new system or Repair. I asked for a consultation from a Comfort Specialist. The specialist did a great job in explaining my options. BUT LEE's Air Final Estimate for install of a new system is very skeptical. There is no itemization of what your paying for.No transperancy.They give a total amount but dont give the customer the price of the actual Air Conditioner/Heating Unit but provide comfort in thier brand and service which is great. But for 20k i would like everything itemized. But they have the right to practice their business how the choose. Honesty in numbers i feel is better. The Estimate did not feel truthful. The add ons to my estimate made me feel "comfortable and taken care off " but to big investment over 17k i do believe transperancy is very important in modern age of information and easy acces to google( Meaning i could look up actual costs) What is the cost of the Actual unit and how to install it.? Let the customer choose what they want. Your brand is great your customer service is great the Company is very reputable. The Logo looks great. My heater stopped working. I scheduled an appointment. Lees was quick to respond and send a technician quickly. However the technician conducted a diagnostic and said the heater is no longer in working condition and needed replacing. He quoted me a $22K replacement unit (but could get me a better price because he knew the owner). I felt I was being hustled. I called another company for a second opinion. Turns out the heater's circuit board needed replacing. What a waste of time and money. read more

They sent us John A. who is without a doubt the best we've had in over 20 years of living in our house. I do not recommend this company to anyone for plumbing. The representative who came out was very short with me, declined to explain when I asked questions and attempted to get me to sign a contract without allowing me to read it until I refused to sign without reading. I asked about a break down of the $726 he told me was the cost, after being in my house for only 3 minutes, and he offhandedly stated I'll get it as an email later. He still declined to answer where the breakdown for a $55 part equates to a $726 service. It felt like he took one look at a single woman and decided I needed limited Information about my plumbing issue and to just pay whatever he said. I have never been treated so badly by a company that should want business and future recommendations. The commercials are not accurate according to my experience with this visit.
