Volcano chicken with fried rice.

Promptly greeted at the front door, seated right away followed by friendly service at table, drinks came out super quick. Came with a group of four, all ordered different items and all meals were excellent. Staff was extremely helpful with smiles all around. First time here and will definitely stop in again. Thanks!

Ordered steamed dumpling, egg drop soup, and the volcano chicken. Everything was good! So far, this is the best Asian mix within Fort Knox area.

Kung Pao chicken, I like to mix in my rice to capture the liquid.

All of the reviews are old, don't pay attention to them. Management changed or the owners started paying attention to the reviews, because it's way better than the reviews say. Have to give them 5 stars to help offset all of the past negativity. I got the Kung Pao chicken dinner and an egg roll. There was a generous amount of chicken, and the stir fry actually had some heat to it. Plenty of flavor and a variety of texture. The egg roll was delicious too. Very fair price. Bottom line, don't worry about the overall rating, this place is just fine!

Shrimp fried rice with scrambled eggs

First time visiting and the customer service was above amazing from the time I entered until I left. I encountered a lady that was so nice and had such a sweet spirit I felt very welcomed. Once I received my food I encountered a man that brought my food to me and he was so nice just in that brief moment. Thank yall for great customer service! I had the shrimp fried rice and spring rolls, it was all so good. I was shocked that my shrimp fried rice had scrambled eggs inside because I usually don't encounter Chinese restaurants that add scrambled eggs in the shrimp fried rice but I was so happy because I love scrambled eggs inside my shrimp fried rice. My food was served hot as well. I was probably there about 6-10minutes total. Thank y'all I highly recommend and I'll be back!

We have eaten here twice this week because the food is so good! We loved the spicy korean beef, Mongolian chicken, & bourbon chicken! The staff are so kind and attentive. Definitely recommend, their Long Island's too!

Pro's: They're the only Chinese restaurant on Knox Friendly and apologetic server The crab rangoons and lo mein were decent The restaraunt actually looks really nice! Very big and nicely decorated. Could use some maintanence, especially the back patio landscaping Con's: Tried calling four times to place an order, but no answer Decided to drive there for take-out, took over 30 minutes to get our food... there was only one other person in the entire restaraunt, so not sure why it could take so long While waiting, the phone rang at the counter probably ten times... most times no one was up there to answer. When the server was at the desk, she ignored the phone The teriyaki chicken tasted like boiled chicken with watery sauce and microwaved veggies The bulgogi (sp?) tasted like it was microwaved and had very little flavor Got our order wrong - missing an order of fried rice To top it off, there was a black hair in our teriyaki chicken... no one in our family has black hair. Come on, Knox. You can do better!

You WILL have two different expereinces if you order for delivery vs if you eat in. We've ordered delivery a couple of times and the food was just 'eh'. Always luke warm and kinda mushy. Which has always irritated me since we live less then 5 miles from them. However if you have time, go sit down and eat there. The layout hasn't changed from when it was the Italian joint just the decor. Service is amazing, highly recommend sitting in Sahar's section if you get the chance. Very friendly and attentive to your needs. The total price was a tad more then I would have liked, but with a family of 6, including a growing teen; it's almost impossible to get out of anywhere without spending $$$. My husband ordered the Hawaiian Crispy Chicken. It was really good, until it started to get too sweet and soggy. I got the General Tso and really enjoyed this not too overly sweet version. Our teen received the Orange Chicken and it was decent. Nothing to jump around for. And the little kids shared Sweet and Sour Pork, can't go wrong there. My only 2 complaints is 1. if you have children or like to sit and talk while eating; be warned your food will mush up very quickly and the sauces will set in making it too sweet to eat. And secondly, the fried rice was just plain boring, no taste and left much to be desired, although the portion sizes were HUGE. All in all it was a decent experience dinning in vs ordering delivery. Hope to see this place last and do better then the other restaurant it replaced.

Beef with broccoli ($10.99)

I ordered from this place on a Sunday evening for dinner. Although I wish they made it possible to order online, they were all right for the most part. It's either a three-star or four-star experience, but I'm just going to go with four stars because there's nothing else of the sort around for miles, and I may very well have to order from them again in the future. Ordering by phone was fairly simple, although there is a menu posted online so I don't know why they could have just let the whole ordering process be online. They said it would be a 45- to 55-minute wait, but they arrived within about 40 minutes. Everything went smoothly and service was friendly, so no complaints there. The food is Americanized Chinese, obviously. Nothing like a military base to serve this kind of food. It's rather generic, but overall not bad. I got a beef with broccoli drenched heavily in brown sauce plus fried rice on the side for $10.99. I also got six pan-fried pork dumplings for $5.99, and those were actually pretty good. The total for that after tax and delivery somehow came to $19.50. Considering how convenient they made things for me, I would not say it was unreasonable. Maybe I'll visit the store to try their lunch buffet when I get the chance.

The good: This as very nice facility with lots o f room to grow. Easily accommodates large groups and an office party/dinner. Even better, the staff is extremely friendly and very attentive to the guests. Food prices were very reasonable - 5 adults had the lunch portion for a total of $45 - that is a steal. No waiting at all, the place is very spacious and we were greeted with a smile and seated right away. The not so good: The restaurant advertises a buffet style lunch on Sundays, but when we arrived, they informed us that they were out of most of the Mongolian Style buffet and thus it was not open. Bummer! We order of the menu and the food was simply ok - a bit bland for my taste. Recommend: try the egg rolls and order a few extras, they are delicious. I will return to give them another attempt to have the Mongolian Grill open and enjoy it.

Slow service. Food is tasteless and they also skimping on ingredients. Once you are seated, waitress barely comes by and check on you. Smh..
