The car was beautiful, clean, and clearly newer, exactly what you want for a special night out. Lila was easy to communicate with leading up to pickup, and when we arrived at the lot, she was already standing outside with the car lights on so we could spot her right away. Getting in and out of a sold out Rose Bowl show is genuinely no small task with traffic and crowds, but she navigated it smoothly and got us home without any stress. Their prices are competitive, especially considering the quality of the vehicles and how well maintained everything is. We'll keep coming back for special occasions. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, professional car service.

We are all staying down at the Los Angeles Intercontinental Hotel at 900 Wilshire. I booked a 20 person party bus in advance to pick us up at 6pm at the Intercontinental, and had to put down a $400 deposit. They only wanted to use Zelle, which I don't use. They finally agreed to Venmo, but that was after a lot of pushing and prodding. We were to be picked up at 6:00pm for the 7:00pm concert. Earlier that day, I received a text that said, "We can pick you up earlier like around 6, if that works." I wrote back and said that WAS our pickup time. Did not make me feel very confident! It was getting close to 6pm, and I didn't see our driver or bus anywhere. I called dispatch, and they said he was already there. I talked to the driver through dispatch, and he said, I'm here in a big black bus. He was not. Turns out he was at 900 Wilshire in Santa Monica! The whole night was a disaster. We had to scramble to get Ubers, and were late to the concert. So then I pushed for a refund of the $400, and they sent it to an old Zelle account that goes to an investment account of mine rather than the checking account I used previously. I then asked if it was possible to have the driver at least pick us up from the event around 11pm, and she said he could do that but it would be $750. That was 3/4 the amount of the entire round trip cost. Told them no way. You'd think they would try and do something to earn back business, but no. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Unreliable.
