Dave DJ'd our wedding and boy everyone was on that dance floor all night long.... Including me! Even my father (who refuses to dance) was bustin it out! He did a great job making sure we had all our special songs together and even helped us put together the music/event timeline since I was useless in that regard. We live in Hawaii and hired him all through email and phone conversations and I knew he was the best of the best; he was willing to skype with us and always asked if we wanted more of this or that, always willing to change it up. Dave went the extra mile and then some. He even showed up to our rehearsal so he could visualize our event and plan his set up. He set up the officiant with a mic and although it cut in and out a bit, we could hear the lovely music he played for my daughter. (see pix). Then the party started!!! Us being music people had a very specific repertoire and it worked out great. Dave had up lighting, fog machine, LED party lights and even had a slideshow presentation of the bride & groom. I encourage you to do a meeting with David prior the wedding date in order for him to get to know your style, what music artists and genre you and your partner enjoy. He is attentive to helping you pick songs when you are having difficulty and can trim/cut songs to the exact minute and second! David makes it easy to add songs to an online portal divided into categories: pre-ceremony, cocktail hour, during dinner etc. We had a SDG&E Blackout 1 hour before the wedding was over, David kindly came to the after party to spin up until the late hours of the morning. We asked Dave to be our DJ after enjoying seeing him at my friend's wedding where I was a bridesmaid. He came early to setup, and stayed all the way to the end, very organized and on time. Nice guy, easy to put in requests and mad the night fun. So I we asked him to be the DJ at our wedding a few months later, and I am so glad he was available because he was awesome!! He brings lights with him and MC'd all our toasts and activities and took song request from my guests. I swear, the moment the opportunity came to get on that dance floor my guests were on it! and the best part is that he kept them on it!! East to arrange things with over the phone, picked out a good selection of music for us based on our likes and dislikes. DJ Dave was our wedding DJ on October 24, 2014. We had about 200 guests at our wedding and DJ Dave did an amazing job of getting everyone on the dance floor. I remember every time I looked out on the dance floor it was always crowded. We only heard positive feedback from our guests regarding DJ Dave. Our wedding was two weeks ago, and people continue to compliment us on our choice of DJ. Not only did he respond to my emails and texts quickly, but he met with my husband and I in person multiple times to go over our event timeline and music choices, to make sure we felt comfortable with everything before the big day. We found DJ Dave Leeds on thumbtack and because I haven't used that website before, I was skeptical about how it actually worked. Dj Dave Leeds made us a very fair and affordable offer so we decided to go with him. He sent us a contract through a website and the transition went very smooth and easy. I was still concerned about the process until he messaged me a couple months before my wedding to meet in person and touch base. My husband and I met with him in a cafe near to our wedding location in which he was already very familiar with. I was very stressed with the whole wedding planning process because I am a foreigner who is pretty much doing it all by myself. I got to experience DJ Dave twice, once at a friends wedding and once at my own wedding. He is the most professional and organized DJ. He made our entire night, ceremony and reception run seamlessly. If I were him, I would have been frustrated with us two brides because we were totally oblivious to the timeline once in the moment, but DJ Dave was courteous and helpful.
