Overall I have been highly impressed with Lee Nail Spa! Every time I go in, I walk in rather than appointment, I am automatically seated! I love getting a pedi and manicure to treat myself and the service is always so great I keep going back! I love getting the green tea or lavender pedi with gel polish! Every time my nails come out looking fantastic! I love going here because I come in with inspiration pictures for my manicure and they always exceed expectations on how I want them to look! I do suggest brining headphones or something to distract you if you don't like others talking around you or background noise. I often bring headphones phone just to help relax me more considering all the seats are close together and most individuals are talking during their services. I used to come to this salon every time I got my nails done about 2 or 3 years ago. Recently I have come back twice (2022) for a pedicure. I got the basic one but was getting gel so it was still a good amount of money. It was the most rushed pedicure I have ever gotten. My moms toe even started to bleed. No one said a word to me or my mother or sister who came with me. All three of us got the same vibes that the only thing that matter was getting us out so the next customers could come in. The woman who did my nails was very inexperienced. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked if she could do it (just a simple red french tip) she said yes but rushed through the process. The nails were not at all what I showed her. They were uneven lengths and shapes, lumpy and thick acrylic, and the wrong color. I spoke with the manager about getting them fixed but his solution was to paint over the wrong color without fixing any of the other issues I had with the nails. GO ELSEWHERE!! Not a great colour selection. The woman doing my pedicure rushed through and did a sloppy job. Three of my toes have raw skin because she kept filing the skin instead of the nails. She quickly ripped at my cuticles so they're not smooth at all but jagged. I had to ask her to pumice my feet properly. The whole experience was awful and disappointing. I'm cringing now looking at the polish job. I'm not sure if the rush job is because the owner just crams in too many appointments, but don't rush through my $45 appointment to the detriment of my feet. And if you're doing pedicures and have VERY LONG NAILS, don't dig them into people's skin. read more

Decided to try this place. My station was not even a little bit cleaned before I sat down. Last customer got up and I was called to sit. I looked past that and was hoping for a good manicure. My $60 dip mani chipped after 4 days. My friends dip mani started cracking within an hour. They only do 2-3 coats of dip to get you in and out. My cuticles weren't pushed back and my nails weren't shaped. I've never had such a terrible manicure before. Take your business somewhere else. read more

To start : I spent $112 dollars I went to get a mani pedi Sunday with my husband. I showed her a specific picture of what I wanted and already had my color picked out. she kept trying to get me to do gel nails. She asked like 5 times and after saying no 5 times I said fine. Then she said that I had big hands and my fingers were "fat" so she wants to do pointy nails for me ... I explained that I work in an office and I am on the computer all day and I have trouble typing with nails shaped weirdly or nails that arent short. She kept pushing for me to get the pointy nails and it made me really uncomfortable that she kept saying my hands were big and my fingers were fat. Finally she gave up and let me have what I wanted after asking my husband what he thinks I should get. When she was doing my nails she didnt clean them first or get the old glue off my thumb even though I specifically asked when she was filing them with the drill bit thing she kept trying to do my cuticles with it and kept hurting me (its been 3 days and my finger is still sore) yet when I tried to pull my hand away she corrected me and said tell her dont pull away... wtf?! So its been 3 days and my nails are already chipping!!! This gel polish sucks and when I called for a refund they said they will refund me $18 for the gel on the finger nails but thats all. I got my nails done here only a few years ago. I have tried several places in Lakeland but decided to go here to give them one more chance. However they have already chipped and I am incredibly disappointed. These are gel dip nails and should last me AT LEAST 2 weeks. They got me in fast without an appointment on a Saturday which was great. I would have gladly waited to have a better mani than what I got. I left that salon with my nails looking like I got the gel polish done a week ago. The paint is not smooth and there were black marks. I'm very disappointed and will be finding a new salon for my biweekly mani. I would not recommend letting Hanna do your nails. read more

As a walk-in; and my first time, it was a very pleasurable experience. The manager immediately assisted me with a young lady named, Victoria. She was very nice at first, until I mentioned, I just wanted a basic mani/pedi. Then, it was all just a basic job. She did a good job, nothing to remember about. Pedicure was first & took about 10-15 mins. Moved right over to the table for the Manicure. That took about 5-10 mins. Then, it was over. I was surprised how quick & easy it all was. This nail place is super pretty and clean. But I'd only go here for a pedicure in the future. I've had two pedicures here and the first one was great. The last one I got was with Tammy and while filing my nail she ended up filing part of my toe and I had a big scratch right where the strap of my flip flop went so it hurt for a few days. I also got a gel manicure and it was such a waste of money. The picture I'm attaching is from 10 days afterwards. Theres this gap in between the nail and the polish so when ever I touch my hair my hair now gets stuck in the gap of my nail. It's just kinda ridiculous since I spent almost $100 after the tip on everything. I usually get my nails done at Walmart and I've never had this problem and its half the price. Came here on a Friday first as soon as they opened at 9:30am and this place was already lining up at the door! They have lots of pedicure and manicure stations and always lots of people on staff, however their waiting area is too small. There is maybe 2 feet between the door and the front desk. Their prices are ok but I don't recommend you get the $60 pedicure, it's pretty much the same as the $25 one... The restroom is not easily accessed from one side of the salon, so you have to walk all the way around to the other side. The girl who did my shellac nails was very nice and did them extremely fast but also great quality. would defiantly recommend that you make an appointment if you are not wanting to wait. read more

One of my favorite places in Lakeland to get a pedicure. Pretty facility, cozy environment and every tech I've had did a great job. I recommend the Green Tea Pedicure with hot rocks!! My only complaint is that one of the receptionist always seems to be unhappy. I came here for years prior to covid and would not trust anyone else. They used to make sure I was taken care of and actually focus on me. Now I come back after covid just to give it a try and see if it was how I remember it. It in fact was not. I sat with Alice and she is a very nice lady but she rushed through EVERYTHING. Service is quick, location is clean, talent/art of nails is fine, but customer service is awful. Absolutely everything myself (or anyone else around me) asked for, they always suggest and push you to get upgraded. I get it, it's a business however, when I say no, I do not want to be urged or pushed to do something I don't want to do. I wanted a polish change, I was asked about gel nails and told that regular nail polish wouldn't last. Okay. The girl next to me wanted a pedicure, they urged her to upgrade her pedicure to the higher level. I asked for an eyebrow wax, they immediately ask if I want another type of wax. Bottom line, don't go to this location if you don't want to be bombarded and uncomfortable. To top it off, my eyebrows are now uneven. Don't allow your young teen to get her nails done here without you. My kid was unnecessarily upcharged for an extra service after she told the tech exactly what she could afford, plus her polish was absolutely horrible. It had dust and dirt through it with no sheen to the nail. They repolished but refused to refund the extra money. I was furious that she actually tipped, but she's a sweet girl and knew tipping was customary. So disappointed. You don't get what you pay for, they are overpriced for the service you get. Same prices as a spa but not the quality. I get better quality for cheaper at Happy Nails off Shepherd Rd. My most recent experience: 35 min massage with 10 min stone was more like 25 mins (including polish time) and 4 mins of stone massage. Complained to the manager and was told I would get a call back.....never got one. Needless to say I will not be going back. read more

Worst $40.00 ever spent. I was in last Wednesday and got the dip powder on my nails, it hasn't even been a week and they are already chipped. I am a hair Stylist and get the dip because it is the only nail service that does not change colors or get stained with hair color. The nail tech combined gel and dip powder which I was told you are not supposed to do plus my nails absorbed hair color the day after I got them done. Management tried to tell me different their medium pink is a different color so why didn't they lmk that could happen beforehand? But some of the nails look good so that's not true.
