Surgery day, staff were all very friendly and helped ease my nerves. All my questions were answered before being put under. Surgery didn't take long, as promised. Woke up in a recliner and they assured me I could stay as long as I needed. Sent me off with a packet of instructions and care package. Painful healing process, but I healed! They also offer a virtual follow up so you do not have to physically come back in. Only downside I experienced was the parking. Tiny lot. It's required that your ride home waits in the waiting room, but my ride had to circle around before a spot opened because another patient left.

I was told by a very snarky woman that I was late, that my appointment was at 2:45. it was not- and that I was past the 15 minutes grace period. i wasnt past that either. she very rudely said that they had sent several reminders- they had NOT sent ANYTHING with the new time. Ive never been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. Avoid these degenerates.

Dr. Bianchi appeared to be a nice elderly gentleman, affable and confident in his demeanor during the initial consultation. The surgery was completed without any problems, so, I have no complaints about Dr. Bianchi's professional competency, BUT his accounting/billing staff leaves much to be desired. Despite having paid in full before the operation, my father-in-law was contacted needlessly several times about unpaid bills before finally being told that all was straightened out. Many hours were spent on the phone and at the office to resolve this accounting screw up. Who's going to pay for that time?

From the professional front office to the caring nurses to the calming disposition of the nurse anesthesiologist our experience was one I will be happy to share with friends and family when they too are looking for their children's wisdom teeth to be removed.

I was told that I'd be able to reach my doctor through the phone number, email, and app; I've used all three. No one has connected me and it seems that no one will. A resident told me that only the Senior Resident has the phone number or email address of the physician, and then the resident proceeded to tell me that the current senior resident doesn't have them; fictions to keep patients away from the doctor, for a 1 minute question. Both the phone admins and the residents project a facade of care, but if they cared, they would A) listen to patients and B) connect them to the doctor when requested, instead of forcing patients to explain the same story to various residents multiple times, and to come in multiple times for the same request, delaying the procedure, and wasting everyone's time.

Well I'm not a kid anymore and with me not taking care of my teeth I had to get them pulled. So last week I had appointment to get 6 teeth pulled on the bottom front. when I went into office everyone was very nice, Dr Daley made me very comfortable, he talked to me and made me laugh, he's a funny guy. When I woke up I was good , plate right in felt nice. Today a week later went back to get stitches out and my mouth feels great no pain. And that's only 1 wk. amazing job they all do and did for me. I want to thank you all, for everything you did for me. It's sad that I won't see him again to get teeth pulled out but will visit when my mouth is completely done from my other dentist so he can see the outcome. BEST ORAL SURGEON EVER. Colleen K
