The whole staff there is professional and make you feel very comfortable. At least as comfortable as you could possibly be while at the dentist. My daughter started going there last year and they were fabulous with getting her comfortable with the whole process - the scraping and cleaning of her teeth, showing her how to brush and floss, etc. Both times she's been she wanted me to wait in the waiting room, and she's only 4! I have friends that use a pediatric dentist, but I don't feel the need because Dr. Sorge and his staff are great with kids. The treasure chest after her appt. didn't hurt either. I'd like to give them five stars, but my only concern is their prices seem a bit high, at least according to my insurance company. If you want to give them a try, call ahead because they are quite busy, but worth the wait.

I have NO insurance and pay with a credit card. I decided on a second opinion and called Friendly Smile having my new Xrays emailed to them. They literally got me in to see the Doc in a couple days to find out there are NO cavities out of the four, ten, and nine I was told at the first one. The broken tooth they said needed extraction in two out of the three doesn't need taken out either. He had given me a magnifying mirror so I could see every tooth he described. Something I have never seen. The Doc at Friendly did find one that needed removed to clear me for the surgery I need at the cost of $125 as opposed to $1900. I literally asked the young lady at the desk if she was joking. Talk about "sticker shock" as the saying goes. If you need a dentist that is not only extremely reasonable and stone cold honest about what you need and what you don't, this is the one you have to call.

It was not that large that removing it would have been much more of a problem but she made this decision without discussing it with me. She did not also share with me that it was abnormal, until I bought up the biopsy report. I will not be going back there for the 2nd surgery. I paid the co-pay and the rest of the cost for the surgery and now 4 months later they are sending me another bill, marked past due.
