I was pointing to colors that I wanted and every time I asked for a certain color he brought a different one. After the third time, when he kept on bringing me the wrong color I just got annoyed and just gave up. So I just went with a color I didn't even want. And tell me why they charged me 142$ to get a mani and pedi for me and my 6-year-old daughter. Yes, we both got gel, I know that's extra but 17$ for gel polish is ridiculous. They said I could go back next time and get 10$ off my service but that is just not worth it to me. I rather never go back again. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off. 142$ is honestly outrageous. I never went to a nail salon that charged me that much.

When we first walked in, Lucy made us feel very welcomed and at ease. You are the only person there and all the attention is focused on you. Lucy was so accommodating that she let my mom and I come in together and hang out with each other. Lucy is very funny and keeps the conversation going. Her attention to detail is amazing, as I was getting a more complicated design. She has a lot of patience and wanted to get the design just right and make sure I was happy without rushing. You can tell that she really enjoys what she's doing through her work. I already booked my refill with the same nail design even before I left Lucy's place for a refill for for my gel-x tips and design. Although there are nail salons that are much closer to me, driving half an hour is definitely going to be worth it to me each time to get my nails done at Lucy's for more gel-x tips and gel pedicures! She is one of my guides and we had a very thoughtful conversation about my itinerary. She made some key adjustments that really aligned with my needs and also took time to explain some of the concerns I had. I would absolutely give her a full 5-star rating- way to go, Kelty! Additionally, I had a conversation with Tim couple days ago who was my reservation agent. Tim went above an beyond-he helped me arrange payment for my package, showed a lot of care, and even spoke with his supervisor to ensure my concerns were met.
