The staff is super-friendly and makes you feel right at home. Dr. Aneta D'Amico immediately puts you at ease with her calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. D'Amico took the time to show me my problem areas on x-rays, which helped me to understand why and how to care for my teeth better, thus motivating me to do so. I think I have a high threshold for pain, but have had experiences where the hygienist is hurting me and had no regard for my feelings. I've had work done that I was not happy with. I've had experiences with dentists where they cancel on you short notice, but charge you when you cancel an un-confirmed appointment. I've had experiences with misrepresentation on the billing and more. I haven't had any of these bad experiences at Hawthorne Dental Associates and I've been going here for several years now. Dr. Rosenson and the staff are easily the best dentist office that I've dealt with. They are always very professional, accommodating and courteous. I appreciate that they always do their best to schedule me as soon as possible. The x-rays and cleanings are always quick and painless. I especially appreciate the thoroughness and gentleness. Dr. Rosenson has always been very personable and provides good dental advice. I have not been disappointed with any of the work I have had done. I will continue to be a patient at Hawthorne Dental Associates and recommend them to anybody who is looking for a dentist in the area.

I really trust her and their team, they seem like honest people. I've had bad experiences with dentist, but really, I think this is a good place if you care about your teeth. If you want a dentist that's not just all about money, and they care about your teeth and you as a customer, I think this is a good place to go to. Of course, the dentist need to get paid also though, I'm not saying that this place will be cheap. However, you get what you pay for. Two visits so far and they've been good to me. My fiancé and coworker recommended Dr. Farag's practice to me and I'm so glad they did. The practice is clean, the front desk staff are kind and accommodating, and the hygienist and dentist were thorough in the cleaning and exam. They were very transparent with me about what my out of pocket costs would be based on my insurance's out of network benefits. I had to reschedule a couple times and they kept me on a cancellation list so I ended up getting in sooner than originally expected. I'm very happy I made the switch to this practice.

I love this about her as it feels like I am hanging out with a friend and not at a dreadful medical appointment. The cleanings have felt very thorough. While it seems she has "modern" instruments, she doesn't rely on them. Over 90% of the cleaning is done manually with traditional tools. This is also new for me, but I don't mind it.
