My children have been coming to this dental office for some year now and they look forward to it each time. The front desk employees are always welcoming and helpful. I'm able to make their appointment each time with no issues and they even send me a text message to remind me of their upcoming appointments each time. The dentist hygienist and dentist are great with my kids! They seem to really care about them and their comfort. One thing that really stands out to me is that they ask my children if they have any questions not just me. Everything is also very clean and comfortable.

To my surprise, Dr. Lee answered the phone and we spoke for nearly 60 minutes about my critical dental health. He explained all I needed to know about LANAP and he scheduled me an appointment for the next morning. The dentist I spoke with before Dr. Lee, wanted to remove 5 of my teeth and do 5 bone graphs to prepare for dental implants. The cost would have be in the neighborhood of 30K. Dr. Lee explain in no uncertain terms that my dental health wasn't anywhere near healthy enough for implants. After discussing LANAP a bit more, I was sold. I probably can't say the exact cost of what Dr. Lee did for me, but lets just say he save me a heap of money. More importantly he saved the 5 teeth that the other would have removed. Dr. Lee actually saved my entire mouth and then some. Dr. Lee is super honest, direct, and informative. I feel I received some of the best dental work of my life. I could not recommend Prime Dental Group and Dr. Lee enough. I hope to have Dr. Lee around for many years to come! If i could give 10 stars on this review, I most definitely would! Initially, the plan was to do a bridge, but Dr. Lee went out of his way to save one of my teeth and recommended a better long-term solution. He even included a dental implant to set me up for the future, so when the root canal tooth eventually needs to come out, we'll be able to bridge both implants together. When I called to ask why, I was simply told that my insurance covered only 50% of the cost. No one mentioned that the office was actually out of network with TRICARE. After contacting TRICARE directly, I learned that the reduced coverage was because the office was out of network. Only after I called the office a second time and specifically asked about it did a staff member finally confirm that they were not an in-network provider. I paid the bill and am not upset about the $77.45 itself. What disappointed me was the lack of transparency. I specifically asked about insurance before scheduling because I wanted to avoid unexpected costs. Had I been told the office was out of network, I would have chosen an in-network dentist. I also emailed the office to share my concerns and give them an opportunity to address the issue before posting a public review, but I never received a response. If you have dental insurance, I recommend confirming not only that they "accept" your insurance, but also whether they are actually in network, as those are not the same thing.
