Well, I just got off the phone with Dr. Sharma at Hamilton Physicians Group. She was rude and…read moreaccusatory to me, after her staff has bungled my referrals for 2-mos. No kidding. She said sometimes mistakes happen and taht I should understand. I said I did not understand when those mistakes happen for two months. This is not the first time that my health has suffered because of their bungling staff. They make appointments incorrectly, send registered letters form the doctor to the wrong address (3x), and cannot fax paperwork to another office. Since these mundane adminsitrative tasks are so challenging for them, they should not attenpt anythign as complex as practicing medicine. That's it. I have a new doctor at a new practice. HPG is filled with rude and pompous mediocre doctors and stupid staff.

The staff is horrible! The doctors Medicare at best! This office is nothing like it use to be. I've…read morebeen seeing doctors here for 15 plus years and it has changed tremendously! I've finally had it. Changing doctors and office immediately. I was sticking to it out of comfort after moving away from this area but I simply cannot take it any longer. I'm sure I'm not the only one disgusted with this office for so many reasons I don't have time to write. If you've been here, you know they're lacking too much to mention. If this is one of your choices bc you're in the area, pick another, any other!!! You'll regret choosing this office!

When I started going to Dr. Sabitini I was satisfied with the care. He was attentive and genuinely…read moreseemed to care. He has gone through a lot of office staff since I've been a patient. About a year ago he had a wonderful staff. Angela at the front desk was wonderful she was friendly and always had a smile. He also had very experienced women in the back drawing blood. I thought he finally found a great group. Then I went in one day and both my favorite girls were gone. Angela was no longer at the front and the cute little blonde was no longer taking my blood. I was very upset. I talk to some of these women still and I have to say I'm very disappointed that Dr. Sabitini would let Jen, the office manager turn his practice into her practice. Every time you go in to the office Jen is always yelling. And to be honest Lisa has smelled like alcohol more than once while drawing my blood. You had a great office at one time, but it just is getting worse. I have spoken to other patients and I know I am not the only one who feels this way. But Dr. Sabitini you are a wonderful doctor it's the staff around you that is not so wonderful.

Dr. Sabatini is the BEST primary care physician I've had…read more He is a dedicated, detailed, thorough, and helpful professional who shows genuine concern for his patients. Instead of eminating the typical "god complex" many physicians possess, he exudes a sincere and caring "bedside manner," which, in my opinion, is a quality long absent from his profession. Most importantly, Dr. Sabatini listens to what the patient tries to communicate in lay terms and then helps him or her navigate whatever issues or concerns he or she may be experiencing without judgment. (As I peruse the extremely low number of negative reviews, I chuckle, because based on the tone of the entries, you can sense these folks were quite possibly trouble from the get-go.) Consider yourself fortunate if this doctor is in charge of helping you take care of your overall health. I know I do!

After several years of putting up with this office, I am finally done. I hate changing doctors but…read morehere we go again. It starts with an odd feeling. Then the discomfort grows. They have hidden agendas that do not involve healthcare. They look down their noses at you to judge you through some kind of distorted moral lens. I think they took the hypocritical oath and they have no clue who Hippocrates even is. I am speaking of Dr. Hurst directly. She actually got on a call to reprimand me for "missing an appointment earlier in the month" instead of apologizing for failing to renew my prescription and leaving me without pain relief over the weekend. True leaders would have apologized. Instead she doubled down on the personal attack, as if missing an appointment is somehow even relevant. Turns out the mistake was also theirs. The appointment was tele-health and was kept. But that's beside the point. Even if I had accidentally missed an appointment, does that mean I deserve to suffer? I had to get CVS to request the refill and finally the doctor put it through end of day. Mind you: I had 30 Naproxen (two a day) 18 days prior and this was the first refill. This wasn't even helping enough, as I told them repeatedly last week. Another doctor would have done more to ensure I did not suffer. Stay away. Find a doctor's office that isn't out of the Handmaid's Tale -- unless, of course, you want to suffer to atone for your "sins".

I really like this office and have had very good experiences with both Dr Hurst and NP Beth. I…read morehighly recommend them. Sadly, I will be leaving them soon as I am being priced out of their services by either their required bottom line or my medical insurance bottom line. Whatever the case, I recommend you make sure your insurance meshes well with the practice. A $60 office visit copay when you want just to be looked at for minor illness or need a decongestant for a cold is why so many people do not go to the Dr anymore.
