She seemed to really care and whispered encouraging words to me. She got the IV in one shot. I walked to OR#1 with the nurse anesthetist. I never asked but they gave me warm blankets. It was cold in there. As they positioned me, each staff member was doing their preparations like a well oiled machine. Next thing I know, I'm in recovery where my nurse (Melinda?) says, time to wake up and offers me a juice. I had no memory getting there. She helped me sit up and get my clothes. Both the surgeon (Newman) and recovery nurse both called my wife. Later walked out the door. No photos here. Just nice people.

I see a combination of Melanie Santiago, Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Lisa Silvotti and Dr. Diana Rocks, depending on what my issue is and who is available soonest. Melanie and Dr. Silvotti are still amazing, but Dr. Rocks is a fantastic addition to the staff. She is meticulous and careful-- checking things just to be sure, following up just to make sure you are really ok. As an example, I was recently in a pretty bad car accident wherein I probably should have died, but I walked away basically unscathed. I still had a headache and was very sore after a few days, so i went to see Dr. Rocks. She immediately forced me to go to the hospital to get my head and neck checked (did you know you can walk around with some kinds of broken necks? that with the right kind you could be fine and then get nudged by someone or stumble and die?!?!? Neither did I). The secretaries here are also awesome. They are friendly and remember you. They call when they say they will and they always give your messages to the doctors. I have rarely had to wait more than a few days for an appointment, and never more than the next day when i was very ill. I rarely spend more than 10 minutes in the waiting room (and usually only 5 or so). Which reminds me that they recently renovated the front of the office and the waiting room and check-in window are much more spacious and comfortable! As an aside that may not be relevant to most-- i work for the city, and we have byzantine regulations about using sick time-- Dr Pedano's office makes getting paid and certified sick time easy. I was very fortunate to find this office, and count my blessings that they take such great care of me!

HE LEFT STITCHES IN MY FACE!!!!…read more Wow! Where do I start? In the early Spring of 2019 my wife was seen by "Dr." Mark E. Manstein. She was there to have a cyst removed from her right temple before our wedding in June. As we sat together in his waiting room we noticed countless original sculptures adorning every wall, desk, table and floor area. As artists we understood what we were looking at and appreciated them for there unique beauty. At the same time it was a massive affront for the grotesques amount of money he was flaunting in front of his patients. Once seen we sat in his office and he proceeded to praise himself and refer to a massively upsetting YELP review. For the individual who wrote the 2018 review you very much upset him and he had a compulsion to defend himself. Well done Rita H. He assured us countless times that not only would he be able to remove the cyst but would leave no scare and we would be ready for all those wedding photos. On the day of the procedure "Dr." Manstein continued to be persisting that my wife leave a good YELP review to negate the previous review. As the procedure began the room was flooded with incredibly loud music, which both the nurses and I were subjected to. On no less than 5 occasions my wife was told how much "prettier" she would be if she didn't wear glasses. Only after the last time did a nurse yell at "Dr." Manstein "She has to see doesn't she!?!" After the procedure had concluded my wife was told to come back in a few days to have the stiches removed. We went back together and "Dr." Manstein "removed" the stitches in his office. He never washed his hands, did not clean my wife's face before or after the removal of the stitches, praised himself the entire time as he spoke to us and did not pay attention to the work he was preforming. A few days later my wife called the office complaining of irritation. She was told by both the receptionist and "Dr." Manstein to not worry about it and that this was normal. He then offered to set up another appointment 2 days before our wedding. Suffice it to say this was an unacceptable offer. We learned exactly what the cause of the infection, itching, and redness were. HE LEFT STITCHES IN MY WIFES FACE! Not 1, Not 3, SEVEN... Seven were left, I pulled out 5, my wife pulled out 2. As far as a scar... not exactly invisible as was promised. My wife is still the most beautiful woman ever but what was promised to her was a very small line that would align with the lines of a smile. Not so much. "Dr." Manstein should be very concerned about his conduct, sexual harassment, degradation, abrasive behavior and poor workmanship. Hope everyone is reading this and stays as far away from this person as possible. Horrible individual, recommendations from us... Manstein, retire before its too late.

I STARTED TO RECEIVE BILLS THAT SAID MY DEDUCTIBLE HASNT BEEN MET.I CALLED MEDICARE they said they had NO evidence I paid it then( an hour call) they also stated it wasn't practice for them to even collect that. I called them on March 30 explained what occured --- she had no documentation on her end, told her I had the receipt.5 days later no refund and also 90 minutes on hold, they disconnected me once. Told me they had 300 calls coming in. Apparently A LOT of people get overcharged. BÈWARE. Double and triple check their billing.

Four years ago you performed laminectomies and fusion of L3, 4 & 5. Prior to the surgery I could not walk 100 steps without terrible pain. My world was pretty small and getting smaller. Today, thanks ONLY to you, I am a fully functioning, active, spine-pain free joyful gypsy! Spine surgery is no joke, but your surgical skill, as well as your confidence and wonderful bedside manner made the experience as pleasant as possible. Yes, all 3 of my children saw him. My last son that was born in 1985. We're still seeing him. When he turned 18 and then my stepchildren also were patients of his after my husband passed away and I re-married 5 yrs later and I met my stepson I knew after meeting Tony that he was different. So he began his venture of seeing Doctor Mark Sey, Dr.Sey asked me to take him to get a psychological evaluation for autism. And I said, I don't have insurance for him. And he said, I'll make a deal with you. You pay half and I'll pay half. he has paid for my one son to go to Soccer camp at Allentown college, he offered to8 pay for my a grandson to enroll in any recreational sport of his liking. As long as his mother was willing to pay half, he also offered to take my other son to visit colleges. You will never find another like Dr. Sey I've never met a more compassionate, more kind, more empathetic, human being.

Don't go here if you have a chronic joint issue…read more I was diagnosed by Dr. Cory Keller nearly two years ago with a chronic SI condition. I'm 28, so treatment is basically exercise (PT), and anti-inflammatory meds. I called requesting anti-inflammatory meds (first time since being diagnosed), before traveling when my joints exhibited the same symptoms that resulted in my original diagnosis. Dr. Keller said it was illegal to prescribe me the medication without seeing me again. Note, I offered to schedule an appointment for post my trip, and I was requesting anti-inflammatory meds, not opiods/narcotics. His office continued to refuse. Unacceptable treatment of a patient, which seems more geared towards earning an extra buck, and liability aversions, rather than honoring the hippocratic oath. Instead, I'm going to an urgent care to get the help I should be receiving from Dr. Keller.
