While I was on my way there I contacted them to see if I needed to bring anything with me like a robe slippers ETC During a text exchange between me and associate there I was asked if I wanted to try the new client sampler I said why not figuring I might as well try what they have to offer while I was there. Unfortunately they sold me a sample of that they couldn't provide because the slim pod which is one of the major features of this place was not available for the entire day. I was told I can come back later and do it again but it's a long way from home and I didn't feel like that was nice. I paid the full amount and didn't get what I was sold. The staff is nice and friendly. But also the place is small so you can hear all the details of the private conversations including what they are ordering for lunch. I think when you're getting compression therapy on your legs you'd rather just have some nice soothing atmosphere instead of something like that. Not that they weren't nice people, they were very nice but I came there to unwind and relax. it's a clean place with very nice decor and the equipment looks state of the art. Overall I would say there may be benefits to a place like this but I would never know because I'm not going back. The place was far away, the parking was not convenient, and my overall experience was negative unfortunately because I know it could've been positive if it was played right. I texted the number that was offering me the services yesterday to explain this before I wrote this review. All I got was a robot answering me instead of a person selling me or helping me this time.

I was on a mini vacation in Belmar and he was referred to me but wasn't in the office. I left a message. His asst called me back and asked if I could come in ASAP. When I did, the Dr followed 2 minutes later. He examined me and told me to relax and lay down When I did he told me to wiggle my toes And within that second I wasn't paying attention, he broke my neck. I gasped in shock!!!! He asked me to sit up and I was able to move my neck back and fourth. I said "OMG how did you do that??!?!" He laughed and told me I just needed a neck adjustment I had feared the worst before meeting him at his office I thought I was Paralyzed!!!!! The staff office manager giggled and told me I must have slept wrong. It was a nice but shocking experience for me, but he helped me.

Not only is this office liars because no pharmacy sells this medicine directly to patients, but also extremely unprofessional as I have spoken to over 6 people at this office, repeat the issue they created and each has promised a call back with guidance on where to get this medicine. And, no one calls back. My mom is in between treatments and in pain and this careless group has made no effort to support and help her as a patient. They asked my mom to visit the office, gave her a prescription that cannot be accepted at any pharmacy and for doing nothing, charged Medicare. Terrible unprofessional and unethical group.

I am a 26 year old physically fit and active male. I love working out, outdoor activities, and trying to keep my body in shape. Two years ago I was in a major accident that left me with six slipped discs (two herniated and two bulging discs in my cervical spine; 1 herniated and 1 bulging disc in my lower spine). This is an uncommon injury for someone my age and just like that all my favorite hobbies fell by the wayside. In my journey to recovery I went seeking out the help of two separate chiropractors and a pain management doctor. I have had multiple procedures done on my spine including several cortisone injections, facet joint injections, and radio frequency ablation. None of it worked. To my shock I was advised that I was going to have to undergo invasive surgery in order to relieve my pain...and let me tell you the pain (which was throughout my entire neck/back and down my legs) was unbearable at times. I had just started a new job and moved to a new town and could not be incapacitated for months on end while healing from surgery. Panicked and desperate I began to heavily research other options and newer treatment techniques that could keep me from going under the knife. I was referenced to Dr. Kris Tardio at Velocity Sports Chiropractic in Red Bank and his team of physical therapists. I was skeptical about going to another chiropractor at first after previous failed attempts, but all my doubts were erased after my first visit to the office. Dr. Tardio and his team are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and tremendously friendly. He utilizes a number of various treatment techniques and comes up with a thorough plan to help you recover from any injury. The office is more than accommodating with appointment times and the staff there are some of the most approachable and pleasant people I have ever met. After just one month I was back in the gym and doing everything that I love. Now with continued maintenance treatment I am stronger and more fit than ever. Most importantly I no longer need surgery thanks to Dr. Tardio. So, in a manner of speaking, he did save my life. I highly recommend Velocity Chiropractic to anyone who has been injured or cares about their general well-being and would give him a higher rating if that were possible.
