The staff talks over you, talks down to you, and treats you like you're an inconvenience instead of a patient. Every call is attitude and zero help. I found out I'd been driving 15+ miles round-trip to appointments when they have another office less than a mile from my home -- and no one bothered to tell me. When I called to switch because I had no transport, the first woman was rude as usual and kept saying, "I don't know, not my department." No effort to help. Then they blind-transferred me to the comp coordinator who acted like we were friends in a bar, not a professional handling my case. Their delays were so bad that my knee injury literally healed incorrectly while waiting weeks for an MRI and then weeks more just to get results scheduled. Four to six weeks for everything. Constant rudeness the whole time. Workers comp or not, I'm still a patient. This office forgets that completely. Avoid this place unless you want stress, delays, and disrespect.

dr.selene parekh has the most amazing bed side manners and professionalism…read more i was a elite runner 3rd place on my age group in new jersey state, in september 2022. i experienced an incredible sharp pain under my left foot while getting up from my chair at work in new york city after 2 visits to my former sport orthopedic he diagnosed me with avascular necrosis of my left talus bone. my orthopedic doctor stated that i would eventually loose my foot. then i proceeded to get several other opinions (4) to be exact from nyu-langone health, ny presbyterian special surgery and hss in ny, and (2) other doctors in new jersey. they all came to the conclusion option (1) amputation or fusion of my foot. this was not the option i was hoping for. i started doing intensive search i came upon a company (paragon 21) and i proceeded to reach out to them explaining my health situation. two days later they advised me to reach out to dr.parek at rothman orthopedics institute. i made the appointment even though, at this point i felt defeated and adamant that dr.selene parekh would tell me the same sad story as the last (6) doctors have. to my surprise dr.parekh gave me gave me the option of a total talus replacement. although i had to be patient and wait six plus weeks for the talus replacement to be custom made, it was worth the wait considering all the other options i was given. i will be forever grateful for dr.selene parek for saving my limb and giving me the quality of life back. i highly highly recommended dr parek and rothman orthopedics for their professionalism and care. i want to save anyone else the trouble that i endured who is going through the same health issue as i have.

First of all it's nearly impossible to find a doctor that advocates for the patient and really understands the depth of pain and frustration that comes with an injury. I have been in pain for nearly 4 years and after countless visits to other doctors I was truly starting to feel doomed. "It's your lumbar spine " was the only clear diagnosis I had ever received. These doctors looked past the obvious and were able to systematically troubleshoot the pain through simple trial and error. Although I'm not 100 percent pain free I am able to function and walk reasonably well again. I will continue on my path to recovery with these doctors. Thank you

The office is disgusting, stains all over the carpets, walls, and old furniture. The women at the reception area are rude, unprofessional, and treat the patients poorly. The older receptionist woman had me waiting 45 minutes while the doctor gave my appointment away because she could not figure out my insurance card... which is digital. This was my first appointment, I then was placed in a waiting room that was dirty, then bugs started crawling from under the paper! I was moved and then seen by doctor Palmer, who I like and think he is very knowledgeable and caring. Unfortunately, I cannot continue giving his practice my business because of the poor quality of his front desk staff and lack of cleanliness of the building. I returned today for my second appointment. I was running late, I called and one of the receptionist told me to come anyway. I checked in, waited and waited over an hour and when I asked when I would be seen they said that I will not be eligible to be seen until the last appointment is finished... 2 hours after my first appointment. Not once was communicated that I would have to wait hours to be seen, I was screamed at and told I need to take my issue up with the doctor. The staff at this office clearly have never worked at a reputable medical facility because they do not treat the patients professionally or with respect. Let me add that I look very young, and they probably figured they could get away with treating me this way because I am young. I took my records and will go to a better practice. It is a shame because I do like my doctor but the people working their are unbearable. He should put a recording device/camera in this place to see the unprofessional activity and mistreat of his patients for himself, but obviously this kind of behavior and run of the business has to be already known and is tolerated.

I have an appt with a Roth surgeon in two weeks but was in crisis mode and instead of taking a third admission to a regular hospital I tried Rothman urgent care. They were able to give me a cortisone injection into my scapula which immediately reduced my pain from a 10 to a six. I had no clue Rothman had urgent care but they actually have several locations including Marlton, Abington, Limerick and Hamilton. If you have an ortho issue I highly recommend over a traditional hospital. Very good to know this kind of urgent care exists.

After asking a simple question she yelled at me saying that I'm "not working hard enough." As a patient I found this rude and disrespectful, I have been going to pt to get better not be bullied. Anyone who has had an injury knows how difficult recovery could be. It takes a mental and physical impact on you. This therapist comment really hurt me, considering the meaning that she said that "I wasn't working hard" when it takes weeks in order to make progress on injuries. I respect physical therapists for what they do, although her comment separated my perception to a reality. Do yourself a favor And go to a physical therapist that does does not bully you. -Karen
