That was not my experience at all, they couldn't have been nicer. They let my kids hang out and play, and the receptionist knew when I was bringing them and often helped to keep them entertained. I was so sad when I was finished with my therapy because it was such an enjoyable part of my day. Not only that, but the actual therapy went better than I had expected based on other PT experiences I have had. Highly recommend.
