He has an Office Manager, Jon, who goes out of his way to help you because he constantly makes sure the office patients & personnel are running smoothly and comfortably. Regina, is the PA and she also has that special quality for caring for the comfort of their patients. Lastly, Lisa, the first one you meet as you come in and makes your appointments...well, AGAIN, her pleasant friendly manner makes you feel like you are in the right place as soon as you walk in. She is so knowledgeable and caring and made a big difference in the treatment I received. Michelle took the time to see how I was progressing each visit and altered the treatment as needed. She took an interest in making sure I received the best care possible. I have had Physical therapy treatments many times in my life and Michelle is at the top of the list. Even had all my paperwork filled out before i got there too since this was the first visit. Receptionists seemed fine as they took my forms, my co-pay and asked me to sit down. I noticed the plastic tree next to the receptionists' window was filthy with dust, made me think about my allergies and the office cleanliness. Well... 45 minutes later i was asked to come in by the nurse to the examining room. 30 minutes in solitary was enough for me, i walked out demanded to know what is the story, and the reception said "why are you yelling at us?" - i told them because you run the appointment system. 1hr and 15 minutes for nothing. Dr. weintraub came out, i told him this was ridiculous that i had to wait so long, he had no clue what time it was... 4pm already. I got my copay back and will never return, even the Dr. said to refund me.. zero apology and zero effort to calm me down. waste of time and the examining room has peeling paint around the window and to spit in our face... there is a sign on the wall "it is your financial responsibility to maintain the appointment, otherwise you are charged $25"!!! WHAT???? WHERE IS THE DOCTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP APPOINTMENTS WITHIN REASON!!?? 75 MINUTES OF WHAT? NOTHING! NOTHING AT ALL. BTW, the two receptionists offered nothing other than "don't blame us" attitude.

I came for my most recent ACL and Meniscus tear and let me say, THANKFULLY I found Erica, Jackie, Eleni, Clarissa and the rest of the team at Ivy Rehab when I did. I heard they were the "Knee Queens" and they did NOT disappoint. My first call to them was on a Sunday and my voicemail was returned by Erica within 20 minutes. We scheduled my first evaluation before I even had my surgery and she knew exactly how to handle my injury since she's seen it a million times (I've heard she actually goes to watch the occasional surgery to stay on top of trends and how to best work with her post-op patients) My "pre-hab" went so smoothly that I was actually able to (carefully) get back to shooting around in the gym before my surgery. The surgery went well and I was back at Ivy within a week (I have to mention that going back was a treat since these ladies are so much fun to be around, despite all the hypothetical butt-kicking) My first time walking after surgery was with Richa which she sent video of to a group chat with Erica and Jackie. The support I received from this team is unlike anything I thought I'd ever experience based on my previous therapy experience. I will continue to recommend this group to anyone I come across and already made sure they are in-network with my new insurance provider so I'll always have them in my back pocket. Adjustments were pain-free and relieving. As a young makeup artist, long hours put my neck and back into severe pain.
