They offer create your own bowl or wrap (choice of meat, starch, vegetable combination, cheese, sauce) and signature wraps or bowls. They also serve smashburgers, chicken tenders, fries, onion rings, soft serve ice cream, shakes, coffee, and cold drinks. There are a couple picnic tables near the trailer. I stopped by B&K's for lunch recently. I ordered the Crunchy Chicken Stir Fry Bowl ($10 plus tax) which had pieces of breaded chicken tenders tossed with soft linguine noodles, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms in a sweet ginger sauce. The portion was not too big or small. The crunchy chicken tenders were a bit salty and the flavors of the vegetables, noodles and sweet ginger sauce were spot on. I enjoyed my bowl in my vehicle as I was planning out my short road trip towards Maine.

The food was so good that my wife and I came back specifically to the fair just to get some of their food to take home. The spring rolls were some of the best I've had around the area. The Buffalo cauliflower bites rivaled any wings I've ever had. The pulled mushroom sandwich was so luscious and tasteful, an umami bomb in your mouth. The only downside to the food was the handcut fries that were not double fried and a few of then were completely raw. All in all we have found an amazing new place that we will follow because the food was really tasty and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

On my first visit, my brisket sub had great falling-apart meat and a nice balanced flavor in the sauce. A large sub with two sides for $10 was a good deal for a nice big meal. The food vendor is close to being the most important part of a wedding. He will not refund any money but rather will now offer them free Mac and cheese etc. Clearly does not understand. There is no do over for this special event.
