What an amazing experience I had after contacting Dr. Lee to address an issue I was having with my neck. This was my first time at a chiropractor and I was a bit apprehensive and nervous. Dr. lee spent a full hour with me answering all my questions and making recommendations to improve the mobility and decease the pain I was experienced in my neck. I was able to schedule a follow-up appointment the next week for an x-ray. A couple of weeks ago I brought my 18yr old daughter in to see Dr. Lee. She had been complaining of back pain. When Dr. Lee saw her, he asked her to do a few movements then advised us to go to the ER as a precaution because he had a hunch it was her kidney's and not her back. He charged us nothing. Came back to Dr Hoyt but got a luke warm reception from staff....I think a unhappy bomb went off here. Then I was greeted by Dr Hoyt who seemed snarky and negative. Got my adjustments but quickly he pushed for the $3k treatment plan like before. I was suspicious because he didn't even asked for an updated x-Ray (last one done 2yrs ago). I told him NO and left. Call the office, when I scheduled the appointment with Rachel or Raquel she was very nice and helpful then turned sour. She cancel my patient appointment and stated she was given the wrong information and said she didn't want to see my patient and cancel his appointment. If this I how your office does business it's the wrong way and to not even let me explain and just hung up on me is straight up rude. Call her back the second time and had my manager call her as well she rudely did the same thing and hung up again. In Feb 2012 I herniated a lower back disc and could not walk or stand for more than two minutes. The pain was so excruciating that Dr. Hoyt wrote a prescription for an epidural but told me that with spinal decompression that the pain shooting down my leg would be minimal within three treatments. Dr Hoyt is an amazingly knowledgable, caring and compassionate doctor...I went to him specifically for spinal decompression with 2 herniated discs, and felt so comfortable with him and his caring office that I cried that first day with relief that someone might be able to help me avoid surgery again. ( I'm only in my 30s ). Dr. Hoyt was always professional and caring, and genuinely concerned for each patient. Like another reviewer on here, I could barely walk with my sciatic pain and atrophied calf muscle. Halfway through the decompression treatment series, I was pain-free and still am to this day. We travelled all the way from Orange County every week for 3 months to come see Dr. Lee. Came here on a recommendation about their decompression machine and couldn't be more happy. Hoyt Chiropractic is amazing ! I was involved in a bad accident and I was in so much pain and spent so many sleepless nights praying the pain would go away so I could get back to a normal life. My Kids used to run and jump on me and we would wrestle around and have lots of fun but after the accident they where afraid to touch me. It was so depressing as a father.
