Even on the day they were meant to come over to give us an estimate not only did they call to tell us they would be 10 minutes late (much appreciated but honestly I wouldn't have even noticed), after walking around the house, asking some questions on exactly what we wanted to do they were able to come back with a fully detailed and printed estimate on the spot for us to review. We had gotten some quotes from other painters and none were this organized so we knew the job would be done well and efficiently (and it was). They took great care when scraping and making sure to remove ALL the paint chips (it looked like a haz mat site for a few days : ) The entire job (scraping, priming and painting) took less than a week even with a few afternoons of rain.
