My fiance worked out the number details with Tommy so I will not comment on that. All I can say is, it's beyond being fair to get their services. very straight forward and no hidden fees or any of that. Prior to buying a house, I always had preconceived notions that buying a house is stressful, difficult, and real estate agents are like car salesmen who would sell you anything for commission. But, after working with Tommy, boy has my impression changed. Prior to helping us find a house, he asked us what our priorities are and what we were looking for, and really only showed us houses that met our criteria. At every open house, he would never try to emphasize only the good things about the house and mask the bad, he always spoke in a matter of fact way to ensure that we make our own decisions, and only buy if we really like it. I like the space and honest opinions he always provided. Negotiation process. Tommy helped us make a very good and informed decision when we first put in an offer for a house and ended up getting us a good price for the house we liked. Without experience, you will not know how to do that, and do it well. Responsiveness. The main thing that impressed me the most with Tommy was how responsive he was. We would send him e-mails with questions that come to mind throughout the day, sometimes at 12am, and would always receive a reply from him within an hour. Usually the replies are answers to our questions, but if he doesn't have the answers right off the top, he would at least acknowledge our e-mail and get back to us within a day. Very impressive and much appreciated. After working with Tommy, I would highly recommend my friends and family to go through him for any future buying/selling of houses. Great person to deal with and I couldn't have asked for more out of an agent. Very happy to report that we did close on a house thanks to Tommy, and have now become first time home owners!

My house hunt lasted about a year - I wasn't in a hurry to get my own place, but knew it was a good time to buy. Tommy gave me advise on what to look for, things to stay away from, and educated me on the house-bidding game. In the end, I secured a wonderful detached single-family home at an amazing price. Tommy also has great connections. His wife got me a great mortgage rate. The escrow officer commented on the amazing rate a few times while I was signing the paperwork. She works at a bank, and her team helped me through the entire financial process. Furthermore, they pointed me to a fantastic insurance company that made getting insurance easy! An additional note: Tommy's business model (GoHalfPercent.com) helped me save a lot of money, which made a big difference as I planned to do some renovations around the new property. Bottom line: Contact Tommy now if you're on the market for a house!

I remember during a property inspection, Dinnah would talk to the seller's broker and even talk to the sellers and ask all the right questions a buyer would like to know about a property. She would tell them did you check over here in this room or make sure you write this down so my buyers know exactly what they are buying. - Dinnah CLEARY COMMUNICATES WELL with not just her clients, but also with other agents. I can always call, text, or email Dinnah with any questions I may have. Dinnah even texted me while she was on vacation at another country to make sure escrow was going along smoothly! Dinnah and her team are easily approachable and very responsive. With other agents, she is persistent, direct, and very professional. She doesn't back down during negotiations and doesn't let others push her around. We were working with a seller's agent who was clearly over his head and inexperienced with his listing. He was full of pride and thought he knew it all. Dinnah just acted very professionally and found out that he was just really stressed with the listing and wanted to show his sellers that he was doing a great job. He helped us formulate an excellent strategy in a very competitive market. His follow through and attention to detail were excellent. He found properties for us as our priorities changed over time and he never forced us into something to close a sale. When we made the offer on the home that we bought, we were not the highest offer and we were not an all cash offer, yet Omar found a way to build trust with the listing agent and get our offer accepted. He was able to find out what the seller was looking for in a buyer and worked to close the sale. We closed the sale in 12 days and it was largely thanks to Omar following through on all aspects including the appraisal, title office..... Even long after the purchase he has stayed in touch and helping us out with some home warranty and repair issues. Omar was very well connected with everyone involved in the purchase of a house. Whenever we went to see properties, the realtors representing the seller knew him or had worked with him and they always had a lot of respect for him.

Finding a house in our area is complex, with a lot of potential pitfalls. Christine listened well and did not push us. She trusted our priorities and provided a steady support in the background as we reviewed homes. She saved us time and really de-risked our process by focusing on vetting homes and associations we were interested in, at times steering us strongly away from properties with misleading list prices, hidden financial risks, or sketchy inspections.
