Update 11/28/11: Tommy's level of service and commitment continues to impress me, even 3 months after closing. During our negotiations, Tommy helped us secure a 1 year home warranty plan without us asking. I noticed this when we were signing papers and thought that I probably wouldn't need it since I enjoy doing my own work around the house, but thought that it was thoughtful of Tommy to help us first-time home owners in this way. Well, over the weekend the central heat stopped working. I spent some time trying to diagnose the problem myself but was unable to find the solution. I shot Tommy an email on a Sunday afternoon asking if he had the details about our home warranty plan, and within an hour or two he had already gotten back to us with the name of the company, their contact information, our policy #, our general extent of coverage, and copayment information. The problem is now fixed, and I'm only out $55 for the visit from one of their contractors! It ended up being a strange electrical problem that would've taken me an eternity to find.
