We will have to order a tire. What? You bring me there and don't even have a tire for a Mazda 3?? AND it's not covered. What??? The only reason I waited three days and drive to the dealer was because it WAS covered. And then the service reception lady threw a snit when I said I would just leave. So I called my regular tire guy at integra and he had a tire in and repaired in 3 hours. Run run away from the LA Mazda.

All I got was you were busy with customers. Well I was a customer as well and one that got no attention to the fact of you earning my business. I am especially shocked And disappointed that someone in your position would allow such lack of professionalism in business. To me this dealership now unfortunately reflects the used car shop down the road where a car sales man is out to only earn the cash and not out to earn cliental. Yes I did not put a deposit down but I thought my words were clear in that I'm going to purchase this vehicle. Besides, you didn't even ask for a deposit. Also the common courtesy would be to have called me to see where I was at with purchasing this vehicle before any of you moved forward. A couple weeks ago I got a notice in the mail about an ignition recall. Then my key fob (the clicky starter thing) stopped working. Since I only have one fob I booked myself an appointment to get it fixed and to get my recall handled. My car went in at 9am. Before I had been quoted $125 for the repair (the recall was obviously no charge). I was at work and got a text at noon that my repair was done. When I wrote back and asked how much everything would be I got back $55. What? Sweet deal. Apparently $125 is the price to replace the system, but since I just needed a new battery (and no reprogramming) I got the lower price. Nothing wrong with that. Hopefully I don't have to come back to Schwab for a while. The service and everything was nice there, but I just prefer to have a working car with no more recalls.

I've worked service, I know you are supposed to acknowledge a customer as soon as they appear. Not wait 5 fucking minutes while you shuffle through papers to answer a phone-call. I'm not asking to be put ahead of the phone-call but look me in the fucking eyes and say "just a second." Thats pretty easy! When I want a part, your job as a parts-person is to look up what the hell I want and get the part. Not roll your goddamn eyes and sigh because you have to waddle your ass to a shelf to get me a part. I wasn't expecting the part to be on a self I had access to, and it wasn't like you were busy! Also thanks for getting me the wrong part! Guess I'll come back tomorrow and exchange it for the right part. But guess where I'll never be going again.

Brought my car here to get fixed. Was told I need a new throttle body with gasket and a new mass…read moreair flow sensor. Took 2 days to diagnose. I got a call saying my car was ready but not completely fixed. When I dropped it off it had issues starting. When I picked it up and after paying $1500 my car ran harder than before and when I seemed to smooth itself out I drove away to then realize as I was about to turn right that I had no breaks. I then made another left hand turn directly into the next parking lot to which thankfully was empty proceeded to press my brakes and there were no brakes. My car then flat out died. I tried to restart my car and nothing.My remote car started and alarm system was not working at all whatsoever. I proceeded to walk back to Kross Auto and tell them my brakes didn't work and it died while I was driving. They were mystified. I left for them to fix it and as I was driving (another vehicle) home I got a call from Kross Auto saying I should come back because "theres a new way to drive my car now" that I needed to be shown how. I said a new way?? I had no brakes. They claimed its some other issue and it runs perfectly fine now and I need to come back and be taught how to drive my automatic car. I asked if its safe to drive and they said "thats up to you to decide". I got angry and said "so ive paid $1500 my car is now worse, I have no brakes, and my alarm system and starter no longer work. They said they should've charged me $2000 and I should be happy with what I got. I asked if they could tow my car to another destination they said yes and then afterwards called me back and denied the tow. I completely 100% do not recommend ever going here. Scam artists.

When I knocked on the door a lady came and said very rudely, we are closed, I said my son just fell can we at least come in and warm up. She was still short and rude and when I asked about an airport shuttle she told me we needed to walk to the hotel, which was two hotels over, in the cold with all our luggage to catch a shuttle. I asked if I could call for the shuttle to come get us and even after my son falling, the temp outside and I was clearly not happy she said, we aren't supposed to, still with the same rude tone. While this was happening another employee came in, a man, didn't offer any help to us at all and proceeded to start the car we had just returned to check it back in. No offer of a ride or help with luggage or anything. When picking up my rental no one mentioned to me that they would not be open at 9 am and that the shuttle would be at a nearby hotel, had they mentioned this I would have allowed time for this and would have been prepared. But instead this was all a surprise and staff was rude and unhelpful.
