Many of our activities require transportation, sometimes well in advance, sometimes last minute. It's never fun when you have a change in plans and need to scramble to find transportation, or need to change destinations due to unforeseen circumstances, but the admin/booking staff is always very accommodating, and I swear if they could move mountains to make a request happen- they would! Roxborough aims to provide great service, and they do their best to be flexible whenever their availability allows for it. Even when they are booked and busy, they try their best to squeeze you in and help you out- all with a positive attitude. The drivers are all so friendly, patient, and positive (which is always a bonus when you have a large group of excited students) and also aim to be accommodating when possible. To have all of this from one company that is one of the (in my opinion and experience) best priced bus rentals in Ottawa, is really so much more than luck- it's great customer service. I would recommend Roxborough to anyone needing to book a bus for an event or day trip.

Abdul and his team at A-List Charters were the most budget conscious and accommodating. As with most events, unexpected needs do come up at the last minute. We had originally needed two shuttles for twenty guests however that number doubled three days before our wedding. Abdul worked with us to provide the necessary transportation to help get our guests on time, to and from our wedding. The owner was absolutely belligerent about dealing with my concerns and proved that the poor service I received is an extension of the owner's attitude toward his customers. We I received his email response, I was in shock with the lack of concern he demonstrated. I purchased the limo service to add some glitz and glam for my daughter's prom...it did nothing but embarrass them as they rolled up to the venue with clouds of emission coming from the back end of the car, they had no power in the back, the driver was unprofessional, no effort to make the limo service fun for the kids...generally, WAY overpriced for what was provided. I have had other great limo service provided in Ottawa, book with ANYONE else! This service has the rudest and the worst customer representative. Today, Dec 31st, 2025. This morning was my first time travelling with Maple Bus. I arrived at the correct pickup location by 7:00 AM for my bus leaving at 7:25 AM. I received a text notification advising of a delay to 7:30/7:35 AM. At approximately 7:30 AM, seeing no bus arrive. I called the representative (on shift between 7:15 AM and 8:00 AM, this is literally the worst employee on earth!) to confirm I was at the correct location. During the call, I described the Bayshore OC Transpo bus stop where I was as resembling a parking lot, and was told to go to a small bus stop, I described the small bus stop I could see as Station B, which the representative confirmed was correct, while advising of a further delay to approximately 7:40-7:45 AM. Based on her instructions, I moved to a smaller nearby bus stop. Another passenger in the same situation later called the same representative and was again assured that we were at the correct location. At 7:40 AM, when the bus had still not arrived, the other passenger gave a call to the representative. I have been following up on this trip since 7:00 AM, and have had two phone calls with this representative by 7:30 AM and then around 7:35 AM the passenger I met at the small bus top we were told to go gave her a call as well to this same number ((613) 627-3019). At 7:40 AM, the passenger gave a call again as we hadn't seen the bus yet. Guess what? The representative sent a new address, which was one we had originally been at at 7:00 AM and was told to move away from. This was approximately five minutes away and if we ran, 3 minutes. So many limousine services were unresponsive, difficult to contact, etc. NOT Byers--from the get go Shelley was warm and professional, calling me right away to discuss details and make sure everything was timed correctly and how I wanted it. She was also in contact in the weeks leading up to the wedding, as was James, to make sure that I knew everything would be okay. On the day of, James was our driver. The limo was beautiful and clean, and he was awesome! He got everyone where they needed to be in more than enough time and impressed all of my bridesmaids with his awesome reversing skills :) We could not have asked for a better driver, or for a better limousine service.
