I enjoy ordering online with my rewards account! This location is very convenient and local to me and has been around for years. The online ordering system is very reliable, and the orders are always accurate when I pick them up! The workers always make sure during pick up as well that the order is accurate. They are also very friendly. I love the variety of the items offered on the menu, including the pizza, of course! I love that they have many other options as well. They also offer deals on their app/website. Overall a very reliable and quality local small restaurant! There is a small dining space which is very nice as well and the perfect size for a few groups of people. I always enjoy coming here and I think Ledo's Wilkens deserves better reviews! read more

We love this Ledos location, food is always consistent and ready in a timely manner. We normally order pepperoni from this location, which can normally be quite greasy at some Ledos locations but the pizza here is never too greasy. Pizza is never under or overcooked. Love the staff so so much!! I have been coming more often since my last review and they always remember my top two orders. I appreciate how accommodating they are. One of my frequent orders isn't on the menu anymore but they still make it for me when I ask. The girls are lovely and fun to talk to. Adam is awesome. He very welcoming whenever I see him. When it first opened it was the place to be but in the years since it opened, it has gone to the hounds (UMBC is up the street and college kids still come here, their mascot is the golden retriever) When I visited the wait staff was just sitting doing nothing but talking. One table still had dirty dishes from a long-ago family. The dishes were still there but the tip was gone. Funny how that works? The wait staff clearly have another agenda. We ordered our steak sub and a pizza with wings. The wings they called "Jumbo" were not. They just had a lot of fatty skin and were not jumbo if you removed all the skin and fat on the wings. They are also Pricy too. The pizza was half pepperoni half sausage. It was very good and hot. My son finished his cheese steak and said it was good. All in all, we had a good meal. They just suck. Especially Adam, the "manager". There is ZERO Quality Control before food leaves the restaurant. Ordered (2) identical Italian Salads ($20 total!). Get home after the 10 minute drive to discover (1) salad is missing the meats and cheese, you know, the part that makes it an Italian salad. Almost seems done on purpose given my previous reviews of this location (I'm a glutton for punishment). Was told to drive back and bring it with me so they "can see it and then replace it", never once apologizing for their mistake. What a joke. Officially my last meal at this place. A year and a half after my last review of this location, I was tricked into accepting food from here again. A friend called, said "I'm in Ledo's, do you want a Calzone?" I didn't ask which Ledo's... The white florentine is my favorite, creamy garlic sauce, tomatoes, spinach and cheese. But if you leave out the spinach, tomatoes and garlic it isn't the same thing, is it? But that's what they did. Cheese between two layers of crust, NOTHING else! Aargh, betrayed again! So, if you have the time I would steer you to Fort Avenue, or Normandy Plaza in Ellicott City. I ordered a lot for my daughter's birthday, and all the food was excellent. That's about all that was great about my experience. When I went to get my order 3 middle aged people were out front, one girl and two men. I was approached by one male while I walked into get my order and was asked for money. I told them I didn't have any. When I got inside, my order wasn't ready and I had to go back to my car because I had a cake and balloons in the car and they needed the air on. When I left the store, I was approached by the other man asking for money again and I told him the same thing I told the other guy with him, that I had no cash to give them. He told me the lady wanted to talk to me over there, I said no. He then proceeded to follow me to my car, and I told him to leave me alone and back off, he said some choice words and flipped me off, but backed off finally when I screamed BACK OFF. I called the store to see if this was usual for their patrons to be bothered like this and they said the police were there yesterday for the same thing and that I should call the non-emergency number if I felt scared. That's exactly what I did and the department said they never had a call yesterday from the restaurant and they keep a detailed report for each call and take each one very seriously. They sent 3 cars and escorted each person off the property, and I was able to go back in to get my food. I told the employe that said he called yesterday, they had no record of his call, and his reply is they are closed on the weekend and don't take calls then. I knew he was lying, but chose to let him know he should be cautious if they come outside the store again, because if they could harass me, they would have no problem harassing them too. I will NEVER be back to this location. Watch your surrounding and never turn your back if you are approached. read more

The one I got was mostly onion and missing some of the listed veggies on the menu. And cold. Not sure how that's possible, since I ordered, went next door to pick up a bottle of wine and then right back to pick up my order. Worst of all, though, was the kitchen staff sitting on a kitchen countertop and texting while I was placing my order. I came here for lunch and ordered a "build your own pasta" with spaghetti, ledo sauce & pesto sauce with mushrooms, peppers and broccoli to go. The meal came with 2 breadsticks and looked appealing. However, that changed when I took a bite. The sauces did not blend well together (the pesto was too overwhelming and the ledo sauce tasted rather acidic). The toppings were also awful. The broccoli I'm guessing was most likely boiled out of a frozen bag and served with my meal because when I took a bite into the broccoli, water came squeezing out which made me lose my appetite. The mushrooms and green peppers were okay compared to the broccoli but still had no flavor in them. They tasted slightly watered down too. The 1 star was for the girl at the front who took our orders; she was very nice. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit to Ledo's. read more

I love Ledo's pizza!!!!! I used to order and dine in frequently when at UMBC since its right around the corner. Honestly, I prefer to take out because my dine in experience wasn't too great from what I remember, but the pizza seriously speaks for itself. The sauces in combination with the perfectly baked crust...seriously these people know how to make a damn good pizza. Oh and the square slices, genius! I know back when i went to UMBC (~3 yrs ago) they didn't take the UMBC cards as a form of payment...Just a suggestion to management...TAKE IT, you will get so much more business!!! read more

I was excited to learn that I had a location close by. However, the thrill is gone. Ledo's tends to vary in quality/taste from location to location and this one is not as good as the one in Columbia and no where near as good as the "original" location. The crust wasn't crispy, barely any sauce on the pizza AND they forgot the bacon I ordered, which wouldn't have mattered if the pizza was as good as I've had at other locations. Sadly, it was not. Toasted ravioli were ok, cooked a little too long maybe. Location was clean and the girl working the counter was very friendly. Might give them another shot, could have been an off night. read more

Dined: 01/16/13 Much smaller than the White Marsh location and sadly no bar. The service was quick and friendly. Today I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad, which was served a bit differently than at the White Marsh location, as the hot sauce was served on the side (along with the blue cheese dressing) instead of coated on the chicken. Aside from being served differently my salad was awesome, both fresh and chicken hot n crispy. When asked about military discount, she was unsure but went to ask her manager and applied the discount before coming back. Very disappointed in this particular Ledo Pizza location. I have visited several other locations in the area and never had an issue. Just received our order and literally every item was wrong, $20 down the drain. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, which we ALWAYS order and have ordered from other Ledo locations for several years now. It always comes with buffalo sauce (hence the name), cheese and chicken. This one came with straight-up tomato sauce. When we called and spoke with the manager, he claimed that the sauce we were eating was tomato sauce mixed with buffalo and that there was definitely not a problem with our pizza. If that was the case, maybe there was a teaspoon of buffalo sauce mixed in there somewhere, but we could not taste it. The second half of our order was a CHICKEN cheese steak bacon ranch ciabatta sandwich, with included pickle. It came with steak instead of chicken, and sadly, no pickle. Upon checking our receipt, it clearly said CHICKEN. The manager did offer a free sandwich at our next visit, but we will not be cashing in on that offer. read more

My calzone was not fully cooked; the sauce was very bland and unseasoned. The size of it was pretty large, but it was so gross that it's not worth the extra calories to finish eating it. I think the sauce out of a can would've tasted better than that. Additionally, the chicken inside was over cooked, and the onion fragments lacked uniformity in size. The calzone was very bland and soggy. I did not feel as if I got any value in food and would strongly recommend not going here. The people here are super nice, which I appreciate, but the food sucks. This location has a history of inconsistencies in my book. It's hit or miss but the closest location to my home so I continue to go there. This location gave me the wrong pizza and I didn't realize until I got home. I could not go back because I needed to feed my kids and put them down for a nap. I called back and they knew they gave me the wrong pizza and offered me a FREE pizza on my next trip. Today I called to get the free pizza and was told I had a 10% discount. The manger proceeds to tell me how he is losing money and will give me half off. It's not about the money but principle.
