Eventually, I left my car there for three days, and one of the technicians finally fixed the problem. At that time, I felt that I could trust their service again, especially after the technician pointed out that it was unsafe for me to drive the car that way with my young child in the vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience last year made me question that trust. I had a tire that was slowly losing air, and I was told by a woman here that the tire could not be repaired and that I needed to buy a brand-new tire, which would have cost almost $300. My son suggested that I get a second opinion. I went to Tire Discount, and they were able to repair the tire for free. More recently, my car was due for maintenance. One of my front tires had been slowly losing air, with the pressure dropping to 29 about every three weeks. I explained the tire issue and asked them to do the regular maintenance as well. I was charged over $50 for the tire service, but afterward, my oil level was still showing low, which made me question whether the regular maintenance was actually completed. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to trust this place again. When I bring my car in for service, especially when I have my children in the car, I expect the work to be done correctly and the problems I report to be properly addressed. I hope they can improve their communication, transparency, and quality of service so customers can feel confident trusting them with their vehicles.

I was so immensely frustrated after a year of dealing with the new vehicle's service department that I called Mr Don at Nissan service and asked if they do maintenance on other 'brands' and he said yes. I was thrilled. We have five vehicles in our household and all but one goes to Price LeBlanc Nissan in Gonzales; and the one that doesn't is only because it is a company vehicle. Don Winters will tell me like it is, no beating around the bush. From "It needs it ASAP" to "It could really wait till your next oil change." He'll tell me "an aftermarket part will work just as well" or "I highly recommend you get this part from the manufacturer." Whatever it is, he does his best to get me up and running while making sure no unnecessary charges are added. If you're service department is driving you insane like mine was I recommend you call Mr. Don; even if you don't have a Nissan!

The car had tire balance, alignment, and lighting issues that I didn't catch in the 2 test drives I did on the car. It took 2 visits to get the car properly fixed. The first time the alignment was done it was not done correctly, and they had not put an inspection sticker on the vehicle, which they made no indication to us they couldn't do before we left on the first service appointment. On the second appointment they got the car completely right and also apologized for the error, however the buying experience was still a stress-inducing hassle the whole way through. If you do buy from this dealership, make sure you're 100% positive you know what you're talking about, because I did research and still got a raw deal at first. In closing, the dealership did make a good faith effort to resolve our issues. Would hesitate to visit again. It's been a few weeks. We went to another dealership and purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle for half the price of the warranty Supreme offered us, with an additional year. The dealership also made us pay for their auto guard window etching, which is not required by law. Don't sign for it. I personally wouldn't purchase again from this dealership. A dealership just a little further up airline on the opposite side is a better choice (hint hint)

Price Leblanc Toyota and specifically Brandi in the service department has changed that. As a first time Tacoma owner I was excited to be part of the Toyota team. I was also amazed how beautiful Price Leblanc is. There is even a restaurant on site. I dropped off my tacoma and met with Brandi to recalibrate my tire sensors and troubleshoot my door lock motion sensor not working. I informed Brandi that I added lights with two plug and play wire harnesses that can be unplugged if necessary and that I would reinstall the two wire harnesses after the troubleshooting. This should have been a very simple job. Over the next 6 and a half hours of my truck being there, I was told that the new wires could not be located, that permanent modifications had been made, I was hung up on by brandi, that 6.5 hours was not enough. When I realized I was going to be charged more, I quickly demanded that they stop so I can bring my truck elsewhere as I was already lied to about anything being permanently modified. Upon arrival, I was informed that they magically found a bad wire at the last second. I just wanted to pay my $200 troubleshooting fee and leave. This is where things took a nutty turn. Here is the email proof that I was lied to. The next day I emailed Brandi for the part number on MY Vehicle...after Paying for a Diagnostic. Can't make this up....She said MY part number was proprietary. Since then I brought my truck elsewhere and the bad wire was located in under an hour... for $140. I will never go back to Price Leblanc, not even for free service.
