They had to come back a few times to complete the work(not sure exactly why it wasn't done right the first time). There was an issue that was not mine nor their fault but a circuit popped which tripped all the outside outlets and this killed power to the gate. My electrician had a hard time finding the issue so I was unable to verify if the gate was fixed correctly. I spoke with the female that answers their phoneand explained that i wanted to verify the work was done correctly prior to paying. I've been burned to many times with people just rushing a job just to get paid. the next day the owner is texting me calling me a scammer, saying he is going to give my personal business a bad review, which my business had nothing to do with him working for me. He said that he was going to block me so that i could not contact them, I immediately replied and nothing! he did do a bad review to be spiteful which shows the type of person he his! A & B Vacuum called me even though it was closed, and I brought the machine in the following weekday. The shopkeeper was polite (even though we were both slightly shouting through the fabric in both our masks) and professional. He said he would call me after they had looked over the machine. He called the following day and told me I needed the unit retimed and retuned (which made sense after 30 years of mostly disuse). It would cost $79.95. When the machine was ready (a little less than a week later), I picked it up. The shopkeeper gave me the ticket and showed me a piece of fabric, under the pressure foot, with perfect stitching. The bill was $79.95 plus tax, as promised. I was pleased from beginning to end with the transaction, the interactions and the quality of work. The place was filled to the brim with sewing machines and vacuums, so they must be doing a lot of work. Yet they managed to turn around my job within a few days.

The results were shocking: the glass backing was visibly lifted and detached on all corners, causing it to crack immediately after I set the phone down at home. Furthermore, the "new" LED screen was defective and consistently flashed pink. When confronted with these two failed services, the staff blamed me for the damage and only offered a discount to fix their own mistakes. If you ignore this warning and still go here, DO NOT pay with Zelle or cash. Use a credit card so you can actually dispute the charges when the repairs fail. Let me not forget to mention the crooked camera backing they installed; let me know when you see it!

Due to severe water damage the bottom 3ft of sheetrock on our first floor had to be completely replaced with new baseboards and wainscoting. 1. They went in my garage and used my equipment on multiple different occasions (ie. my drill, compressor/nail gun, ladder) despite me reminding them they were not allowed to use my tools each time. 2. From the start of construction Tom knew they could come only after 3pm on week days. He said that won't be a problem. The contract estimated it would take 7-10 days to complete the job. It took a month and the job was never completed. The delay in schedule was because they no showed us several days in a row. Each time they apologized and promised to put in extra hours but then on the fifth no show they tried to convince me to hire someone else to finish the job because "scheduling is just becoming an issue because we have a lot of other jobs- it may be better for you to find another company to finish the walls." I finally got them to agree to come back the following Saturday to finish the job but then they no showed me AGAIN and as always there was no heads up or explanation. 4. They left a 10" hole in my drywall and when I asked them to cover it they nailed a MDF panel over it instead of patching it properly. In other areas they just packed on compound (instead of laying mesh) resulting in major cracking. 5. The plumbing in the bathroom was not damaged from the cold freeze so it was not touched by the home owner. They broke the water valve to the toilet so they told me they would repair the plumbing. They did it incorrectly and then never reattached the toilet that they removed. 6. Baseboards were left loose and unattached in multiple areas. They only put caulk in a handful of spots (probably in attempt to hide the bad cuts). The mitered cornered were incredibly sloppy and on rounded corners there were supposed to be bullnose corners which wasn't done 7. The wainscoting looked like they played "find a stud" with my nail gun- it shouldn't take more than one nail to secure an area and there were up to 30 holes in some areas which completely destroyed the panels. 8. Tom no showed for the final walk through and then refused to reschedule with me. Since he wouldn't meet with me, I had to resort to sending him photos (which I have attached to this review) to express my concerns. I asked him to send someone out to fix these issues and he refused. Since the job was never completed by them, I personally had to go out to purchase the materials to finish the job. I'm just glad I know enough to be able to do the remaining work myself, a typical homeowner would have to hire a new company to do it. They very well may respond to this because no company wants a bad review staining their reputation but I urge you to disregard what they have to say. We gave them ample opportunity to redeem themselves throughout this ordeal- their word is untrustworthy and their actions are unreliable. *update* reviews have not been posted on any other social media by me. I was out of town and a neighbor called to let me know. I called LSG and they immediately sent someone out to make the repair - a neighbor allowed entry. The most recent need was a broken pane in a large steel-framed door caused by a rock from a leaf blower. They were prompt, polite, communicated incredibly well and explained the entire process. I am so pleased with them that I am happy to recommend them in this first review I have ever written! PS...I always set my alarm now.
